We have a year contract with them and they come back every 3 months to make sure the ants haven't come back or that there isn't anything else. The customer service gives you a run around because you get sent to a national customer service rather than the local one.

They showed up three hours late.

A salesman knocked on our door, and said he was in our neighborhood with special pricing, and had already signed up several of my neighbors (he pulled out the service plans and showed me their credit card info as proof they'd signed up). I told him we didn't have any insect issues, but specifically had a mole problem. He said this treatment was very effective for moles. We had a very detailed conversation about how I was only concerned about moles, and he assured me multiples times that the terminex treatment would be effective. I signed up, gave my credit card info, and scheduled the service for the next day. The man comes to apply the treatment. When he arrived, he asked me to show him where we've notice insects around our home. I explained we didn't have an insect problem, but we did have a mole problem. He said "ma'am, I can't lie to you, our treatment does not cover moles". I said that this was unfortunate considering the very specific conversation I had with the sales person the day before. He asked if I'd like to cancel the service, but I had already been charged, so let him go ahead and do it. But the more I thought about the deception of this summer-off-of-college sales person, who intentionally deceived me to make a sale, I got angry. Either Terminex condones this questionable sales pitch, or they aren't training / monitoring their sales people well enough. The only reason it wasn't an F is because of the young man that came to perform the service, He was very kind, knowledgeable and honest. <br /> To top it all off, I wrote an email to Terminex through their website, and as of 8 days later, have not had any response. Very unscrupulous company! <br />

Terminix did a good job of controlling carpenter ants and termites, but when I had an issue with mice getting into the house, they did not offer what I would consider a reasonable solution. They just put some mouse traps in the basement and around the house, but made no effort to check how they were getting in and how to stop it. I decided to call Catseye, who came too the house, did an inspection, and offered a solution. I made the switch to Catseye, and have had no issues since.

They are great! If you need them again, they come back because of the contract. They are great to work with! They are dependable and they let you know when they’re coming. They are a great outfit!

It seemed to be ok. I have been using this company for years. They are reliable and take care of everything.

We were very satisfied and we would use them again.

About 15 years ago, we had termites. They put termite stations around the exterior of the house. Each station has bait in it. The termites take the poison back to their nests and they share the poison. They check them on a monthly basis. We have not had any signs of termites. Everything has been fine. If you have any damage structurally from termites while they are taking care of you, they will take care of the damage. The guys that come are pretty knowledgeable and answer any question you have.

Recently, I was on vacation, but I had someone here who told me when they came. We never have a problem with our service when they come in. I have been using their services for over 10 years. They are usually on time but if they are going to be late, they always call us and let us know. They will call a few days before to let us know they will be there. They give you a time frame in which they will come and then do the work! They are very punctual! They are dependable and know what they are doing. They are friendly and you get to know the persons that come to see you. At this point, they look like family!

I have been with the service for about 7 years. With making appointments, they have lousy service. They do the job just fine, but the office people don't seem to know what they are doing! The office people are in different states so they don't know what's going on in your area.  As far as the workers, I've worked with Richard and Bill and they are very pleasant and professional, but I don't always get them for service.  <br /> <br /> They make an appointment for you; they don?t ask you if they can come! I had someone show up on Saturday when I wasn?t here, even though I told them I wouldn?t be here. I?ve explained this to them that I?m not here on Saturdays but they still try to schedule for that day. They don't give you an exact time for the appointment, but rather a time frame. They are very expensive and I have complained about it but they kept raising the price. This has been going on for years but there is nowhere else to go. 

The technician was very knowledgeable and took pride in his work.  He made several suggestions that would help keep my home pest-free.  These improvements were not services that the company provided, just good information that I could act on, such as keeping moisture away from the house that would encourage pests to find their way in.  Most times I do not see the technician if I am not at home when the provide service, but I am left with a detailed report.

Another time I had a nest of yellow jackets so I called them and they got rid of them. I’ve had them for a number of years. They did get rid of the termites and I didn’t have a reoccurrence, so that gave me confidence in the company. They are always reliable; they schedule appointments and always show up when they are supposed to. I think they are reasonably priced and they are very, very good.

I have used them for a long time. They do good work, they come on time, and I've always been satisfied the service.

It was very frustrating with the scheduling but eventually I got my inspection. The first time it was scheduled at 4PM, but exactly at 4PM my phone rang and they had automatically rescheduled me for a date that did not work for me. I rescheduled but they didn’t show up for that appointment. I tried a third time and they got here on time. Everything was good and the guy apologized for the previous appointments. He stated he was not notified of the previous appointments.
