technician showed up on time, performed the inspection, informed me on what to look for as far as termites are concerned and was very polite. not much else to say. I feel very comfortable dealing with terminix,  knowing my home is safe from termites. in my mind terminix is a very trusted company. <br />

My experience has not been good.  The first appointment we had scheduled, they never showed up when I had waited around all day for them. The second appointment we had, they called and told me they were running very late.  Once he was here, he spent about 5 minutes in the house and he did not ask to look at anything specific.

They have been very good to work with.  They do what they say they will do. They usually show up when they say they will but not always.

They seem to do a good job on the pest control. The treatments seem to be working. The technicians seem curteous. We have asked them to make morning appointments and they usually come in the afternoon. I feel they should have it in their system that we like to take the morning appointments.

They come out when they say they will. They are always on time. There is usually one technician doing the work.  We don’t have any critters in the house so treatment seems to be working.  For what they do, I think the price is a little expensive.

The inspection usually takes about 15 minutes. They always ask us if we have seen anything to be concerned about.  They send you renewal notices ahead of time. You are able to pay for the service online. I have had no issues with scheduling appointments.
