Inspection was good, then he said I owed $75.dollars He said he had told me on the Phone. and I said he never mention it to me. He said he would not charge me if he did not tell me that. He checked his notes and then said he would charge me $35. that's is what Angie list charges Him. He lied to me when he said he would not charge me. He never mention any charges on the phone or I would never had them come out. There are too many companies out that do not charge anything for inspections. If I had it to do over I would have refused to pay Him. lesion learned But I will never recommend Them to anyone. I will tell everyone what He did to me.

"I am sorry that you felt the need to rate me so poorly. When most homeowners ask a service company to come out to their home they expect that there will be some charge for their service call. We do incur expenses each time we go to a home. We like other companies use Angie's List or Home Adviser as a lead generating service. There is a cost associated with this but It gives a chance to earn a living. Once again I am sorry for the misunderstanding."

Mr Miller explained the problem after inspecting my home to fine the source of the problem. He told me what he was going to do and how long I should expect before the problem went away. He was right on the money. I found him very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, prompt, and very fair with his pricing. I would not hesitate to refer him to my friends.

Bob was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about our issue and had the perfect solution for our problem at a great price! Bob arrived a few minutes early and asked about any problems we have. He then explained fully the treatment he would do and why he did each different step. Having Bob treat your home is like have an entomology professor visit! He is extremely knowledgeable. He completed the job efficiently and throughly and encouraged me to call if we had any problems. <br /> I would highly recommend Termite and Pest Control Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />

Bob Miller arrived on time and was very professional. He explained exactly what he will be doing. He examined all areas and treated each area as needed. He did not rush and took his time with every detail. This was for a once a year service instead of someone coming every month. We will definitely have him come again next year. <br />
