Pablo was hired to do termite tenting, he did not enter the hoist to set up the gas but claimed did the job and refused to refund $1585 paid ahead of time. He is a real scammer.

Termites TERMINATED Iâ m very happy to report that Pablo from Termite Away took care of our termite problem very effectively and efficiently. Pablo is incredibly knowledgeable on all things pest control and knew exactly where to look, what to check for, and most importantly â how to truly eliminate them. We went with Pablo after having an awful experience using Terminix. In fact, the Terminix quote was nearly DOUBLE Pabloâ s quote and yet they still failed spectacularly at doing anything remotely correct. We opted for the tent fumigation and the experience was stellar. Pablo and his team showed up on time every single day to diligently set up the tent, ensure the seal, post hazard signs, and verify that fumigant levels were below 1PPM before re-entering. If you have a termite problem, donâ t waste any more of your time and just call Pablo. Absolutely phenomenal service and professionalism from Termite Away!

DO NOT USE TERMITE KING, TERMITE AWAY, OR ANY COMPANY THAT SUBS THEM. I initially hired Termite Away to tent my house, but they subbed with Termite King, which was terrible. They have caused over $4,000 of damage to my home and REFUSE to find a fair remedy. Termite King/Termite Away tented my house in Marchâ after a new roof was installed and BEFORE I added new gutters and landscaping. The tenting did not work and they agreed to tent a second time â which was AFTER I installed new gutters and landscaping. I had to spend weekends packing and unpacking, rent a hotel and board my dogs twice. Coming home after the 2nd tenting, the new gutters are recklessly damaged in 8 places ($780 in damage) and despite rehiring the gardener to move the pants out of the planters and back to try to save them, they are mostly dying (additional $800 to move $3,000 worth of plants). The companies are slow to respond and refuse to find a fair settlement for damage. If it was done right the first time, I would not have had gutter or landscaping damage. Absolutely DO NOT USE TERMITE KING or TERMITE AWAY

I contacted Termite Away due to possible termites. I technician was sent to conduct an inspection of my home and gave us a detailed explanation of what was found, work that needed to be done and the cost. The job was done in a timely manner and we are very happy with them. Needless to say we recommend Termite Away and will be using them for all our pest control needs!

They sent someone very fast to my home and answered all of my questions ! I highly recommend them !

I felt very comfortable with this company coming to my home. The way they operated and carried them selves was even better than I could of asked for. Iâ m very happy with there service and Im now dealing with another pest issue in and around my home and plan to call termite away again to deal with the problem for me.
