Contracting was easy and reasonable. Scheduled tomorrow morning.

They were great. Keon was the technician. He explained everything. I'm really happy I went with them.

This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. The contract that I signed says Hawx pest control company covers 200 insects. They were running a promo for $49 promo for the 1st visit and $50 per month for 11 months (approximately $600). After the first visit, he told me that he didn't cover a German roaches and I would have to pay an extra $800 on top of what I had already agreed to pay--even though roaches were included in the original contract. His name is Chris and he is a manager for Hawx pest control. He wouldn't compromise or help at all. He just said he would refund my money and walked out.

Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending.

He knew what he was doing, got the gnats out of my house, and did a great job.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB. I'M SATIFIED WITH THE JOB THE TECH DID AT MY HOME.

The good a job. The only problem I had was that they didn't come at the time that they said they were coming.

They didn't clearly explain the cost, they told me it would be $50 to come out and remove a hornest nest and I could have an annual plan for $55 a month and if I don't want that plan I could cancel in 3 days. When I called them today to say that I dont want the annual plan, they told me that the cost for removing the hornest nest was $200, what I said to the lady you don't have to do this, If they said it they had told me that it was $200 from the very beginning, I could have called some other places and see if I could have gotten a better price. The guy that came out was excellent tho and completed the job, but they should be clear about the price.

It's too soon to evaluate their performance. They just sprayed my home a few days ago.

They work UNDER CONTRACT. And they'll empty your pockets if you try to cancel. Here's what happened to me: After months of complaining about their lack of communication and not letting me know when they were coming over so I could make the backyard and inside available to them, which they used to do for a long time, I called to cancel. They refused to waive the back of contract cancellation fee, and after expressing my frustration about it, Mr Alexis just simply asked if I still wanted to cancel. I said yes, then he put me on hold automatically and charged $398 cancellation fee without double checking with me.

Cody did an amazing job addressing our ant issue. Cody had good customer service, very friendly, and knowledgeable.

Braeden was so knowledgeable and kind. He sent me information about the “ghost ants” I have been dealing with. He sprayed all around the house and identified where they were coming into the house. I feel so much better knowing that he had my best interest in mind. He’s the best!
