AJ was willing to buy a part that may not have even been the issue before even coming out to my home simply so that he would be ready to do the repair immediately. In and out in half an hour!

They did a great job. Prices for repair services calls seem excessive, but I guess $99 is cheap compared to some. Just hard on us senior citizen retirees.

AJ responded quickly to my service call and came to repair my refrigerator the following morning. He arrived on time, was polite, professional and did a great job fixing the problem. Also, his rates were reasonable and he provided an extensive warranty. I would hire AJ for any future repair needs.

To anyone who may want to know, my 20 year-old garage refrigerator that keeps the leftovers and more importantly, my beer, cold, stopped doing that very thing and the freezer was starting to warm up as well, I went online to Angi and was given a few options, less than five minutes later Erica got back to me and they just so happened to be in the area when another client and said they would be right over as soon as they were finished with the present job, less than two hours later they were at my door and had the problem diagnosed literally in Minutes, the parts needed were ordered, and within two days my beer was cold again. AJ and Erica are very professional and also a lovely couple. To wrap up, response time was quick repair time was almost as quick and the charge was quite reasonable. I highly recommend.

AJ was phenomenal! Our wall oven mysteriously lost all power. Our electrician checked it first and determined there was power going to the unit. So, when AJ arrived, he had a mystery. It seems there were multiple issues and he quickly and efficiently solved each and every one…..step by careful step. We could not recommend him any higher. He deserves 10 stars.

They DO NOT honor their 1 yea guarantee. Here?s what happened to me. They came out to remedy a leak and change the dial. The problem was we called them back within 2 hours of the repair being completed. The washer was still trying to fill the tub after 20 minutes. It was fine, they said, it is doing fine. It wasn?t. Then once the cycle finally finished, none of the product (soap, fabric softener) had actually dispensed. I called again. I was told ?you hired us to fix the leak, we did that.? I was told there must be something wrong with the dispenser drawer and she would send me info on ordering the part ? she didn?t. But that made no sense because the is no mechanical parts in the drawer. So I contacted LG to arrange a service person to fix what wasn?t broken before they serviced the machine. True, it didn?t leak any more, but it wasn?t washing properly now. I didn?t get a repair person out until a week later. Here?s what he found he didn't turn the water all the way on.

I had called several other appliance repairman on a Thursday after 5 o’clock. The only one who called me back was AJ’s Appliance Repair Ms Erica the one who called me was very courteous and professional. Immediately we made an appointment that very same day and they showed up on time Long story short parts were ordered, which showed up on Monday, they came Monday afternoon. Did the repair work and now my washer works like a champ, a big shout out to Erica and AJ for the great job they did☦️
