They ordered the parts that were needed immediately and returned to install them as soon as the parts arrived. I would highly recommend them for any appliance repair work you might have.

They did a fantastic job. Had to overnight a part but it didn't fix it. Ordered another part that fixed it. I was so pleased. They were very friendly and kept me informed of the delays due to it being a holiday. Will definitely use again in the future.

I am very pleased with AJs Appliance Repair. From the minute that they answered the phone and scheduled a diagnostic appointment until they left after my washer was repaired, the experience was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Even when an emergency necessitated a delay on their part, they called to ask if I would be willing to delay my scheduled time. I recommend this business and will call on them again.

Very knowledgeable and efficient

No.

AJ was willing to buy a part that may not have even been the issue before even coming out to my home simply so that he would be ready to do the repair immediately. In and out in half an hour!

They did a great job. Prices for repair services calls seem excessive, but I guess $99 is cheap compared to some. Just hard on us senior citizen retirees.

AJ responded quickly to my service call and came to repair my refrigerator the following morning. He arrived on time, was polite, professional and did a great job fixing the problem. Also, his rates were reasonable and he provided an extensive warranty. I would hire AJ for any future repair needs.

To anyone who may want to know, my 20 year-old garage refrigerator that keeps the leftovers and more importantly, my beer, cold, stopped doing that very thing and the freezer was starting to warm up as well, I went online to Angi and was given a few options, less than five minutes later Erica got back to me and they just so happened to be in the area when another client and said they would be right over as soon as they were finished with the present job, less than two hours later they were at my door and had the problem diagnosed literally in Minutes, the parts needed were ordered, and within two days my beer was cold again. AJ and Erica are very professional and also a lovely couple. To wrap up, response time was quick repair time was almost as quick and the charge was quite reasonable. I highly recommend.

Done right (from what I can tell), efficiently and professionally. Friendly and courteous interaction. Charges reasonable.

This professional completed the project timely, and they were respectful of my home. I would recommend them to anyone,

Her husband and wife team who arrived to promptly and were very informative . Saved my old dryer and gave me a one year warranty. Cleaned up afterwards. I will use them in the future for all appliance repairs and will recommend them to friends.

Excellent service and care. We got a quick response and appointments to evaluate and then another for the repair after the part came in.

He was prompt and knowledgeable about the appliance. He diagnosed properly, got the parts quickly, and performed the fixes properly. I would not hesitate to call on him again

Washing machine repair. No one else would work on the brand, but they did. Service was scheduled quickly. Job was completed quickly. Very kind! Very thoughtful family! Saving their card and will call again!

AJ was phenomenal! Our wall oven mysteriously lost all power. Our electrician checked it first and determined there was power going to the unit. So, when AJ arrived, he had a mystery. It seems there were multiple issues and he quickly and efficiently solved each and every one…..step by careful step. We could not recommend him any higher. He deserves 10 stars.

AJ's work was timely, accurately, and professionally done. I would use AJ's again. Thank you.
