If you need property maintenance Carmen and her husband are the team! They did a great job with weed whacking my lawn and cleaning as needed. Punctual and thorough workers who are always ready to help! I had a problem with my internet while away and Carmen assisted me in replacing equipment. They Really go above and beyond!

I have used this service since July and they have not disappointed me at all. They did a deep clean in July and have done monthly cleaning since. Carmen gets along well with my three dogs. She is professional and doesn't waste time. I highly recommend this service and am glad that I found them.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
After reading reviews related to EC Maintenance and Cleaning Services, I contacted Carmen to request a deep clean of our rental home. She and her staff did an amazing job! It was so nice of her to work around our movers schedule and to show up promptly. Carmen pays attention to detail and we have requested her services on a bi-weekly basis! You won’t go wrong with contacting Carmen! Definitely a God send!
