Tetteris HVAC

Recently had a mini-split that had two indoor handlers and one exterior. One side was super cold and the other side was barely cold. I contacted Tetteris HVAC, LLC late in the afternoon. They answered my call, was able to schedule my appt for the next day. We received updates via text on appointment details, and most importantly, our issue was diagnosed pretty quickly and resolved. Hats off to Michael Tetteris and his team!

Tetteris Doesn’t Stand by Their Work We hired Tetteris to install a boiler furnace in November 2022, and now the pressure relief valve is leaking. Despite the furnace being under warranty, Tetteris has completely failed to address the issue. After a month of trying to get in touch, their team finally showed up on November 15, 2024, only to admit the leak was caused by their poor installation. They promised to schedule a fix, but since then, we’ve been completely ignored. Tetteris is unprofessional, unresponsive, and unwilling to stand by their work. Do yourself a favor and avoid this nightmare of a company at all costs.

The most horrific experience I've had working with a contractor. I was assured that the work would be complete in 5-7 business days. The owner reached out to me constantly to get me to sign the proposal and answer my questions, but as soon as I signed and put down the deposit, he disappeared. MONTHS later, after many unanswered phone calls, his team finally "completed" the job. His team didn't do many of the items we discussed (even though I was willing to pay more for them). The communication was awful- it was impossible to get someone on the phone or get a clear timeline. It's so sad to spend so much money with someone and get treated like complete garbage. I later found out that the "total replacement" didn't include a basic backup heating element that any reputable vendor would have provide., or at least included in the proposal. They disconnected the 20 year old heating element and didn't hook it up to the new system. It took another month after they did the install to get any warranty paperwork. Honestly, this is just the tip of the iceberg- this company is bad news. I would avoid at all costs.

Great job. Tetteris has a division specializing in hot water heaters and other plumbing needs. Mike (the owner) answered my Angi request on Memorial Day Monday, answered all my questions that afternoon, and they were here with the unit I selected at 8am Tuesday morning. Cleaned up and done by 11.30am Knowledgeable, attentive to details and great customer service all the way. They are our new HVAC and water repair company!

I had a great experience with Tetteris HVAC. Mike and his team were quick to respond when I was having issues with my HVAC system. Mike spent time talking to me and educating me on what systems would best meet our needs. The crew was respectful and professional while installing the new system. Got into a tough place. Did a professional job

Tetteris installed a heat pump unit in my attic little over a year ago. Started leaking month ago from a hole in tape on end unit into my attic space instead of leak pan and I have water damage now on second floor. They came out retaped the end unit and lifted it up, put in another drain pipe and moved the pan underneath leak and charged me $125. I have no confidence it won't leak again. They said leak into living space was my entirely fault cause I didn't replace filters enough and melting ice block overwhelmed a one inch drain pipe. Hard to believe as Ice doesn't melt that fast and it should have leaked into pan I think at the very least and not into attic drywall. What's the point of a backup system if it doesn't work. Had unit before this for 20 years and never had this problem. My view point is it was some kind of faulty installation. If they had taken some responsibility of the non working backup I would not have written this review but they were happy to put entire blame for unit leaking into attic on me. Quality and Professionalism rated low on second call due to not taking any responsibility of non working backup system and hole in tape contributing to leak in attic.

Cody listened to my description of problem and check all areas. I was itold it might be bare wires causing the problem. Told me what he was doing to fix problem. Checked operation of unit, then showed me the bare wires. Friendly and courteous.

Very good experience. Owner & crew were professional & knowledgeable. When they came across an unexpected situation (outside pipes encased in concrete), they solved it & let me know the issue. Price remained the same as estimate. Replacement of central a/c & furnace took just about 6 hours. Would definitely recommend Tetteris and would use them again. Great price!

Quoted me a fair price, scheduled the install and arrived in the proposed time frame. Completed the install, cleaned up where they were working. Tony answered all my questions.

Honest men who work well together & are respectful of clients, pets & property. Provided explanations of every step along the way to keep me informed. Creative problem solvers in challenging situations (ie: downtown historic row house with difficult access). In addition to the gas furnace & 2 a/c units, they replaced an upstairs heat pump. Pricing was reasonable considering other estimates Iâ d gotten & they were very responsive & timely.

Mike and his crew installed a new oil fired furnace and central air conditioning. The low ceiling in our basement required Mike to come up with a duct design that no other vendor could match. The whole installation was done in one day. Mikeà ¢à  à  s crew were very efficient and friendly. Also Mike was the low cost bidder. I highly recommend Tettris.

Tetteris Heating & Air is very reliable, professional, and the quality of the work is great. We have used them multiple times now for central AC repair and they have done a great job every time. Most recently, our AC unit broke while I was 9 months pregnant and 2 days away from going to the hospital to be induced. They were able to get a technician out here the very next day to fix it!

Excellent experience with Tetteris. Great bunch of guys to work with. Two new units installed in two days. Less than a week for ordering equipment and they installed each unit in less than a day. Very clean installs and the units are working great. Price was very reasonable relative to others. I would highly recommend Tetteris above all others. Thanks Mike and team for a job well done!
