I had a new Carrier system put in by another contractor. It was my first home of my on and I let my mother pick the company. I had horrible issues! They couldn’t even get Freon charge right! After they came out 4 or 5 times a friend told me about John and Texas Air Care. As a single mother I was worried, and had already spent a ton on a system that didn’t work. John came out and explained it was a communicating system and required special training. He didn’t even sell Carrier, but within minutes John had it running and preforming great!!! He was my hero after week of a hot house with kids! He charged me a very fair price and even gave me a discount for being a single mother! I would never use anybody but Texas Air Care! Over past 10 years I’ve met all his guys and they are always professional, and always do great work!!! You can trust John and his crew! Punctual, Professional, Friendly, and Honest! What more can you ask of a company! My only regret is not meeting him sooner! The Carrier system has had issues, but John and crew put me on a maintenance contract and every since then I haven’t had any issues. He explained that some systems are higher maintenance than others, and so far he has been right! Don’t make same mistake I did, call John and you’ll be happy you did!

Ok I have a standing contract for regular maintenance of my ac system.

They were great. They explained what he was doing and they were very knowledgeable.

John at Texas Air Care showed you promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem with my dampener quickly. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get the problem sorted out and fixed in a timely and affordable manner. I have since recommended this company to several of my friends when they are in need of A/C diagnosis and repair!

Very well! I was treated with dignity and respect by John and Dana on their initial visit to get a second opinion as to why my A/C system had a leak which another company could not find. John explained all components of what needed to be done to solve my problem and promptly set up an appointment for a few days later, John offered options to me and gave ME the choice of which I wanted included in the work to be done. John and his crew arrived on the appointed date on time (actually a bit early which worked out great!) The crew placed a covering on the floor to protect it and I found that to be very thoughtful. They worked swiftly to replace the unit on a very hot day with no complaints! John explained how to work the new thermostat and said if I had any questions to let him know. He even stopped by at the end of the day to check on things which I found very thoughtful. I would not hesitate to recommend John from Texas Air Car for any HVAC service needs! My only regret is that I did not find this company sooner!

The quality of the work was outstanding. He actually had to relocate the whole system and build a new platform in the attic. His crew did a stellar job. Now that we’re moving a couple of home inspectors have commented on the high quality of the installation. He’s excellent! I wish we had a guy like him in every trade. He's very professional, punctual, and very trustworthy.
