Nick and Reese replaced our air conditioner in 107 degree weather! They were knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything that they did. My husband who works in the HVAC industry was very impressed with their high standards of workmanship and their mastery of the trade. It saved my husband from having to get in that oven of an attic! We will be recommending them to everyone we know.

Nick and 2 team members came to my house at 4pm on January 30, 2023. The roads were covered in ice, and the freezing weather would shut down Keller ISD for the rest of the week. Due to the poor weather and hazardous driving conditions, Nick had every legitimate reason to re-schedule our appointment for another time. But after working a full day, he and his son still showed up. We did not have heat, and Nick fixed the problem just as the temperatures were turning severe. He explained what happened to our unit, explained alternatives for the repair, and cleaned up their workplace afterwards. They could have charged extra, but did not, even though we were obviously in need of heat. Nick absolutely delivered for us. I will use this company again, and I highly recommend him and his team.

My downstairs HVAC unit broke down shortly before Memorial Day weekend. Nick at Texas Air Pro had replaced my upstairs HVAC unit back in 2016 and haven't had a single problem since so I called him up about replacing my downstairs unit. He rearranged his schedule so he could come to assess the problem that same day - which I didn't expect and was impressive. My unit was ~15 yrs old and used a coolant type no longer made - although some stock was still available but very expensive. He said he may be able to get my old compressor working again but it likely would break down again soon, and an (old unit) replacement compressor wasn't available anymore, and the coolant discontinuance would soon render it obsolete anyway. I had him give me a quote on a new unit similar to the one he installed in 2016. While it was substantially greater - it was not out of line with the market. (The HVAC market has been affected by substantial copper-scarcity inflation - a good portion of it hitting in 2021.) I decided to have Nick do the downstairs installation so he scheduled it the following week in spite of having a very busy schedule. As an existing customer who didn't have cooling, he gave me priority over others just needing tune-ups. The units works great, I'm happy with the service, and would definitely hire him again.

Best contractor I have ever worked with. We had an unfortunate issue when getting our house re-roofed. Called Nick at the last second and he squeezed us in. Extremely responsive and diligent in communicating everything from his schedule and pricing of what needed to be done. You will not get a better AC contractor to work with than Nick and his son.

They were prompt & installed a new upstairs unit with no problems. They’re very reliable & will do the work for a good price.

He gave me a price that I was very comfortable. with. So I went a head okay can you negotiate the price a little bit. I said well can you do $5500 and he said well I can only knock off $150 so I will do it for $5700. I said okay that helps me. So he went ahead and did it and did it in one day. I called him the next day and said i have a problem its just not coming on. He said okay I will come over. He took care of it. He found out what the problem was he said it was the thermostat and he said he was going to replace it and give you another one for free. I said okay fine. Overall they were good. I would give him an A straight across the board. I never had to yell at them or argue so I think that deserves an A. I called him even now that's why he is in my phone.

They have done minor repairs for me for the last few years prior to that. I had another company come out and said that I was just low in Freon. I grew up in automotive and you don't have leaks in A/C unless there is a leak. He said sometimes the Freon dissipates. So he charged me $150 to put a couple of Freon. In 6 months later it was all gone again. I called Texas air  and talked to him the first time. He came out and said you have a leak, we will look for the leak and it will cost this much we think we know where it is so it shouldn't cost moper that this. It was where he thought it was. He charge me $200 to fix the leak and fill it up.  <br /> <br /> He fixed it, it was good for a couple years. We were having where the A/C was coming on and off. When it came on it was cold. He checked the system out, and he said let me check one more thing, and he went over to the thermostat. He said he just wanted to wait, so he heard a click and it went off. HE turned back the dial and the dial forward. You have a problem with your thermostat. I have one right there is a real good one. Ill just charge you this much for the new one its an extra that I had. Its not the latest model but price wise it will be sufficient for you. I paid for it but he gave me a low price. It was a good deal.  <br /> <br /> I have never had a problem with him.

Nick is an honest man and even called me while on vacation. Very responsive and his technicians were very friendly and knew their business. I will be calling them back as needed and also recommend him to anyone needing his service. Great company! <br />

Our service tech, David, answered the phone and was at our home an hour later.  He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 45 minutes.  I would highly recommend this company! <br />

Nick was fantastic! From the first phone call to locking up the house for us, Nick and his employees were great. Our air conditioner quit and Nick was out the next morning to find fix the problem. We needed a new unit and Nick provided three repair options for us explaining the benefits of each choice. After deciding on a new air conditioner Nick and his crew were back the following day for installation. They made sure our home stayed clean and removed all trash from the installation. Thank you for your great service! We will definitely call for routine maintenance and service in the future.

<p>I called and Nick answered the phone.  He sent David out to see what the problem was.  David figured out the ptrap was clogged so he cleaned it out and then cleaned out the drain pan.  He showed me how to clean out the ptrap and left me the item he used to clean it out with so I can clean it out in the future.  Having animals in the house can cause it to clog easier no matter how much you try to keep up with getting rid of the hair.  </p> <p>Nick, David, and Andy are the 3 people I have talked with or have come to my house, they are all friendly and professional.  They provide great customer service and I would suggest them to anyone looking for A/C or heating services.  In fact, I have suggested them to one friend who used them and was just as pleased with their service as I was.  <br /> <br /></p> <br />

They did a good job, they're over bill though, yeah excellent, I'd recommend them, they're first rate, they got first rate crew, all these guys have been there a long time, very reasonably priced, they're just good level of service, they know what they're doing.
