Receptionist was rude and quite honestly awful. Never experienced worse customer service in my life (hung up on me and had an attitude from the start). Sucks cause the roofing might be great, but the experience was awful.

Great company. They know what they are doing and are easy to work with. As a property manager for retail centers, it is great to know a roofing company I can trust, who will actually fix a problem rather than putting a temporary bandaid on it.

Texas Cool Roofing was very professional and on point with their follow through, and our new roof installation went without a hitch. The clean up was precise with zero tear off materials left behind. Nancy, Denny and the team was detailed oriented and kept us updated on a day to day including the replacement of our screens. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a skilled roofing company !!!

Super impressed by Texas cool roofing and Denny. Came out after hail and evaluated our roof. No hail damage, but they did find a new construction related defect. They could have said I needed a new roof, but instead recommended an appropriate fix (no issues two years on). I was really impressed by the transpancy and honestly.

TCR has done great work through the whole roof replacement process. Denny and Nancy were very prompt and helpful with insurance discussions and supplements, scheduling, and progress updates. I'd happily use Texas Cool Roofing again in the future!

I dealt with Cody. He was very responsive and communicative. That is much appreciated these days. Most companies in the Austin area are bad at communication. The job for missing shingles was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Not cheap, but reasonable. When it comes time to get a whole new roof, i will remember this company.

Cody Bartlett came the next day after calling him regarding the missing shingles on my roof. He went onto the roof and did an inspection. Let me know that he could replace the missing shingles but that he also needed to seal some areas of the roof. He came over a few days later, replaced the shingles, sealed the areas. He had taken pictures so I could see before what needed to be done and after what he had done. It was great to be able to see both sets of pictures. He was great, polite and very professional. I would hire him again.

Today I met with Denny Satterfield. What a breath of fresh air this guy is. He listened to my nightmare story of our roof replacement 3 years ago. He got on the roof and calked some areas he found. I insisted I owed him something, but he said he did not feel right paying for what he did. I mean.....WOW! Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE! He was gracious enough to take a cold water from me when I offered it to him. Texas Cool Roofing has earned our business from here onward. Next roof replacement, this is the superb stellar company we will go with. No questions asked with the call and impression they mad on me today. Highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Cody and Stormy were wonderful to work with. The preliminary patch on Friday prior to the scheduled repair came in handy during our snow day to prevent further leaking-today's repair looks so good you can't even tell it's repair work. I'm a vet and will always hire vets when I can - they never disappoint. I will definitely recommend and will be a customer as long as I own this home.

Denny promptly came to my house to look at my roof and give me an estimate. He is such a pleasant and professional guy. He let me know my roof was in good condition and fixed the minor issues I had, he even followed up with me to see how everything was afterwards. I contacted Home Advisor on a Thursday afternoon around 4:45pm, & within minutes received a phone call from Denny at Texas Cool Roofing asking if I'd like for him to come by as early as the following business day at 8am to provide me an estimate on the job I needed to have completed. He showed up ahead of schedule & provided a VERY comprehensive estimate accompanied with detailed photos of each problem he identified as needing repairs. I informed him that there would be 3 additional companies coming (1 several hours after he'd left; the remaining 2 would come out the next afternoon) so I could also receive their bids for the job, but assured him I'd be in touch regardless of whether I would be hiring him/his company or not on Monday morning just as a professional courtesy. In the end, Denny's quote was about the same as ohne of the companies; much less than one of the companies; & about $500 more than the last company. The major difference in hius quote compared to that of the others was that it was MUCH more comprehensive in the identification of problems (all of which were accompanied with detailed photos) that not ont of the other roofers had noted in their propsals - & one of these areas that were damaged seemed to be rather significant in terns of how it was beginning to impact that integrity of the deck. I am not a roofer but I was somewhat shocked that at the very least one (if not all 3) of the other roofing companies had not seen/identified this area in need of repair, as even I (as a layman) could see from the photos how imperative this was in terns of getting it fixed before additional damage was caused to my home. Denny was hired for the job & had all the repairs done the following week. I liked how knowledgeable &friendly he was, never once getting frustrated by the endless questions I had for him about one thing or another. EXCEPTIONAL experience with Texas Cool Roofing, & I'm especially thankful to Denny for his detail-oriented work & his ability to get the job done in such a timely fashion, as well as Stormy at the office, who was a pleasure to communicate with the 3 or 4 times we spoke by phohe. Fantastic experience - 5 stars, without a doubt!! =)

Denny Satterfield was great to work with from his initial assessment of our roof to the completion of the project. The roofing crew did an excellent job in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to replace or repair their roof.

Denny came out and looked at the ceiling and roof. Said he believed the leak was minor due to the skylight. He caulked around the skylight and said if this does not take of the problem to let him know. I am pleased it was apparently a minor matter. John Pringle
