The original crew sent in to do the job messed up more less everything. Did not remove molding--just slapped on quarter round, the whole upper floor has nails poking through and does not connect to the staircase, did not order enough wood, and so much more. The only redeeming fact about this fiasco was the 2nd Pro who came in to fix things. Regardless, he came in too late and could not fix all the errors from the first crew. Overall the job looks amateurish and was a huge disappointment to us. I do not recommend this company.

Work started on time. Didn't proceed as quickly as expected. Detail work was lacking. Owner visited work site one day to check on progress and found out workers had not showed up as expected. End result was a nice job but I had to stay on top of things myself to make sure the work was completed properly.

Be sure salesperson communicates exactly what you want to the builder before they start building. Make sure the products are in stock or need to be special order. Make sure products are available at the same time as the builder's availability to cut down on time of completion.

It was kinda a hassle. They were on top of everything when they wanted my business, but slowed to a crawl after I signed the contract. It was crazy expensive for the price of material and a simple job. But the work was very good.

Nice job and is holding up well with the high winds that we have had the last couple of week. Now, if we have hail, it will be another story.

The estimate cost is average but the execution of the work makes the cost a good deal. Bob has your needs and interests in mind and that is a great asset if you are looking for an honest and reliable work. All the people that I met working for him were outstanding because they went the extra mile, even when not requested. Highly recommended.

My experience with this company was a A+ They did a wonderful job on building me a deck with a ramp. I would recommend them. They had a repectable team that asked questions to be sure of how things needed to be done. I also had a door replaced and that was done very well also. Thanks Guys UPDATE: Well now after a few months, things are not how it should be. Looks more like a throw together project.

Overpriced for quality of work done.

These guys built space specific French Doors for us and they came out perfectly. They were very professional and we are thinking about using them again with our upcoming renovation venture.

The project coordinator came within 2 days of the call and thoroughly discussed the project with me. I had all the aluminum trim replaced on my house and the shutters and decorative trim repainted. He helped me pick the best color and started the project within a week. It was completed in 3 days, even working all weekend. The job was professionally done, looks great and the one piece that had to be replaced was done so within 2 days. The workers were very helpful and kept me informed of what they were doing. They often checked with me about what I wanted as the work was being done. I highly recommend this firm.

Great company and very courteous. Superb work done with precision and top quality. If you are looking to have a project done you need not look any further. This is the top choice in San Antonio.

The issue was quickly analysed and the job quote was provided ASAP. I was a bit disappointed about the delay in the work to build the window itself when I was advised it would be done on a certain day. However, the installation, and cleanup of any mess was exceptional. Great work.!

Got done what I wanted done @ what I considered a reasonable price

Everything looks great! They came out and did the job promptly, and the window does not even look like it was ever damaged. Worth the price!
