Terrible. Irregular hours and has not cleaned the pool for three weeks

They did great at removing the algae. I booked them for weekly service and they were great, until they stopped coming. No communication. I reached out to both owners and was completely ghosted. I am now in a tight spot needing immediate pool service. Such a disappointment

These guys were amazing when we first hired them. They were super responsive and personable. Now a few months later I feel like we’ve basically been ghosted. They don’t return calls or texts. It’s frustrating cause they were so amazing at first. Sad and frustrated.

The owner never sent me a bill , even when asked repeatedly to send one so that we could pay the bill. Then every time I called to ask about a problem we had the owner was always on vacation or dealing with personal matters and would never return our phone call and when he texted back he was upset that we would call or text again when he didn’t return our phone call for days. He was very rude and unprofessional and I don’t recommend this company.

Mike and his crew are amazing and professionals throughout this process. I was even educated on pool chemicals and things I had never thought of!! My community could not be happier with how their pool turned out and neither can I! Not only will I continue to use Texas Eco Pools but I have also been referring them to other managers for their communities. Mike communicated daily (even on weekends) of the progress from beginning to end. They truly are amazing at what they do and very pleasant to work with.

Highly recommended!! Mike and Mason did an amazing job on getting my pool fresh and sparking clean. Both explain each step they would have to take to make it happen. Mike, Mason and Jonathan are very professional and knowledgeable. Our previous pool company had unsafe chemical levels and they had it all fixed within 24 hrs. They showed me everything and explained where levels should be. They will now be doing my weekly pool maintenance at a very reasonable price! Recommend this company for sure!

they have been here for less than an hour. They over charge us! just for less than an hour they are asking for $2200

"Thank you for your review. If you remember per our conversation that it’s not just a one time visit, also it’s not just putting a few chemicals in and that’s it. It’s multiple trips a week for the next couple weeks. Also, just the initial day in chemicals cost over $1000.00 by itself, not including any emergency trip since we came out same day even though we were booked out over 2 weeks. All this isn’t even including the 4-6 trips we have to do to your house in the next couple weeks. If you have any further questions please contact us. This is a family owned and run company. The owners, Mike and Mason, are extremely knowledgeable about pool service and maintenance. They are friendly, caring, and run their business like a family. I’m glad I found this company and hope others have a great experience as well.

THANK YOU, Texas Eco Pool! Keeping up with your own pool is exhausting and a lot of maintenance. This year I was not going to bother with it. Thank goodness we found TEP! Mr. Gilbert & Mason are wonderful and very knowledgeable of what they are doing. Every week my my pool is clean and it is ready for a swim. If you ask them, it is a task! I will be enjoying my pool everyday!
