"Thank you for your feedback, as explained if you don’t get your windows cleaned for 20 years you will have hard water stains on them which we would have to use steel wool on, which we do not use.If my wife chooses to work also that is her decision. Your windows are old, cracked and pretty much ruined. We would of normally charged around 300 to do your windows, especially the ones in the cats room, that had cat urine on the windows. We apologize we shouldn’t of even tried cleaning any of them and had you get a refund. We explained and showed you the hard water stains on your windows and you understood, and seemed happy before we left. If you were not happy you should have let us know."
"Thank you for the feedback but, if you recall we washed your screens and did the inside of your windows for free. What you paid for was just glass not tracks for future reference if you want that done you will have to pay for it."
