They did a really great job. The owner was very nice and professional. His quote was even $500 lower than all of the estimates I received and I was very happy with the work.

The whole process was smooth. Jeff was easy to communicate with, reliable, and professional.

They were really good. I like them. He was efficient and fair priced. They did it. Everything was good about them. He was good. I have no complaints and I would recommend him. What stood out about the service was how efficient they were. They were in and out in one day. In like a few hours we had it all planed and done. I had gotten a lot of quotes and they came in a lot lower.

I've held off writing this review but continue to receive requests to submit - even years later.  I'm finally submitting in fairness to others like me who rely on Angie's List reviews - both the good and poor ones.  By Steve's own admission at the time, he was overwhelmed with all the business he received from this coupon.  Unfortunately, we paid the price - literally.  First, it took quite some time for him to come look at our yard.  When we met, we extensively discussed our problem areas and ideas/plants/colors we wanted and did not.  Citing how busy he was, he indicated it would be 3-wks before he'd send the CAD design and his proposal.  The 3-wks turned into months, and when we finally requested a refund, he promptly finished the drawings - which was exactly what we received - a drawing, not a professional 3-D CAD rendering.  There wasn't a proposal attached, which truthfully, was fine, as we would not have proceeded with this company.  It had taken him so long to prepare, he'd obviously forgotten the details of our conversation, as he included items we specifically wished to avoid and did not address a couple of our primary concerns.  Overall, I'm sorry to say it was a complete waste of money - and time.  This is a good marketing lesson for small businesses; a company can do more harm than good if ill prepared for the possible results.  In addition, follow the life and business philosophy, "Mean what you say, listen, and do what you said."  While I hope the business has improved, based on my experience, I cannot recommend usage. <br />

<p>Steve was the rep who originally came out and gave me the estimate for the job and gave me ideas for the project.  He was great, but the job supervisor didn't understand what he was supposed to do.    He was laying pavers completely different from what I wanted or Steve had instructed.  The workers ate chicken and then threw the chicken bones in the street!  A neighbor couldn't stand the bones just left in the street and picked them up and threw them away!  I found one chicken bone in my front yard along with some rocks they dropped when moving rocks from the back yard. They left some things on the front porch that should have been returned to the back yard where  they were originally.  The pavers installed for the walkway are too high, they are not level with the ground.  I use a rolling walker and I can not roll over the pavers.  They did not install four pavers that were needed to finish the area for the pots and I had to install them myself after they left, which is hard using a rolling walker. I moved the grass to the front yard that was where the four pavers went for the pots.  I  felt I had paid enough to not have to do anything. They did not ask if I was satisfied with the job before they left. They were just in a hurry to leave and they were not friendly at all.</p> I will not use them again or refer them. <br />

<p>     I purchased a package for a landscape evaluation/proposal.<br /> <br /><br /> <br />     Steve came out and evaluated my current backyard landscape, spoke with me to find out how we use our back yard and what I'd like done, then provided a drawing with a list of plants and a price quote to have the work done.<br /> <br />     He was very patient and informative and answered my questions about how to improve the quality of my yard to get the best look.<br /> <br />      I haven't had the work done yet as I've focused on some other inside projects, but have followed his guidance to improve the quality of my yard.  I hope to have the work done within the next two years.</p> <br />

Took a month and a half to get a hold of Steve and get him scheduled to come out. Oh, by the way, he doesn't work after 5:00 p.m or on the weekends.

He spent about an hour going with us around the house looking at each section of the yard and making suggestions as to what plants and shrubs would look good depending on the area. He specifically addressed our problem areas and suggested solutions. We were very satisfied with his assistance. He was very friendly and professional. <br />

Sure hate to leave a bad review and I've delayed doing this for several months.  Our backyard was completely bare except for 2 trees.  This company designed the landscaping and I thought it was very nice.  The problem came with the implementation.  I had several plants die and they did promise to replace them.  Long story short, the plants have never been replaced.  We are also having a terrible time with weeds in the new flower beds.  I realized too late that this company does not put down a weed barrier.  So, instead of enjoying our new backyard, we spend a GREAT deal of time on maintenance.  They did recommend that we use Roundup, which some people claim will not harm our dogs.  Common sense tells me that if it will kill weeds it's probably not real great for dogs!!  So, the design was beautiful and everything else has been a HUGE HEADACHE!  I would definitely not recommend this company! <br />
