It went great. Rudy Hernandez called and texted me immediately to set up an appointment. He did not charge me extra for the Saturday visit. And he serviced my furnace very well. He explained the entire procedure and made recommendations. In the end, no parts were needed so the service rate was exactly what he quoted on the phone. Because I booked through Angie's List, he actually offered a discount for his services. $55 was what he charged me for an excellent servicing.

We moved in to our new home that was built in 1960. With a brand new baby we wanted to have it as clean and possible and when they came and cleaned them it was amazing what was in there and that we could have been exposed to that. Thank you for your great service and wonderful job ?
