I met with Ryan from Texas Made Concrete/builders, We agreed on the job to be completed, I signed a contract and paid Ryan in full instead of half then the remaining balance when the job is finished per the contract . Ryan came out with crew on 05/01/25 to 05/03/25, he brought a skidsteer, cleared the area and did not completely finish the concrete forms for driveway prep. The concrete finishers came on 05/03/25. There were not enough concrete finishers to adequately and efficiently finish the concrete along to complete the job. The driveway edges had incomplete pour voids on the full length of the driveway. There are surface voids at several spots on driveway. Ryan asked and assured me he could sawcut 12" off each side of driveway to remove the concrete voids and refund me the cost of the concrete and also remove discarded concrete. He sawcut the edges and did not complete sawcuts and did not remove the sawcut concrete either. On 05/03 when the concrete company trucks were ordered they were not spaced out. The trucks were stacked up behind each other and had to set on the street for well over an hour because the concrete forms were not finished and not enough concrete guys to get it done. Concrete set on the trucks too long and was setting up as fast as they could get it poured. Ryan also pulled out the electrical control wire from my gate keypad and assured me he would put it back as it is ran through pvc to my gate controller, he did not. Ryan drove over the corner of the driveway entry apron and broke about 20 " off of the corner, I showed it to him which he again assured me he would repair. Again he did not. He left a big mess at my driveway. I have called him numerous times and sent texts to him. I've gotten no response.
