Amazingly smooth, as I move a lot for my job. Joe crew was very professional and polite and I’m very happy with the service.

Very unprofessional,dishonest, and deceptive company. I was given a quote by a very nice and attentive Tommy Lee promising the moon. As soon as I paid the $302 deposit online for my out of state move communication stopped. I never heard from them an two days before my move I had to call them. A VERY mean and NASTY office person Bridgette told me the they could not honor the days we agrees to and if I didn't like it I could get new movers. Of course I agreed at that late date to move my date. They promised to be at my apartment between 7am and 8am. They didn't show up or call. When I called they allowed the phone to go to voicemail. My daughter had to call from an out-of-state number. They answered and said someone called me the night before to change the time to 12noon and 2pm. That was a complete lie. No one showed up at 2pm They would not answer our calls. Finally the driver answered called at 3pm to say he was close by. They showed up after 3pm. The business person, a huge guy that spoke very broken English came in and told me to throw my estimate of 1,500.00 away and listen to him. He said he was going to give me another price and either I was going to take his price or he was going to leave. He was not nice about it. He changed my price from &1,500.00 to $3,310.00. Of course I had no choice but to accept his price. He made a phone call in another language and lots of guys came flooding into my apartment with boxes and packing materials. They began throwing my things into huge boxes with no order or care. It was a complete nightmare. It took them three weeks to deliver my things to my new state. My television picture was green when I plugged it in. They were paid to pack and unpack. The driver and his assistant who told me they picked him up that day from Craigs list, took my things off the truck ONLY after I paid the training $1,442.00. They did not unpack ANYTHING! They put my bed up and got in the truck and left. This company is not a joke...it is a nightmare! DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THESE 5 STAR RATINGS! THEIR company is in Carrolton! I have pictures of EVERYTHING!

Run, don’t walk from Texas Movers Group!!! And I mean RUN! In addition to losing their truck (was it really their truck?) along the way, everything they wrapped and packed was damaged. A brand-new mattress was used along the way and arrived with coffee stains on it (we don’t drink coffee), and even worse, it was left in water and arrived with a huge strain (was it really water?)!! A TV, which they wrapped was also damaged beyond repair as was a bed frame and cat toy. They were willing to replace the TV but ONLY if I signed a release agreeing not to post anything about them on social media. That was never going to happen. They also offered to clean the mattress which they said would make it usable but who would want to sleep on it? It was brand new and now disgusting! Their incompetence also voided the mattress's warranty. They also managed to crush boxes and break several smaller items within those boxes. You’d be better off carrying your furniture on your back.

Can't find better than their service! I was very pleased with all facets of my parents move by two men and a truck. They exceeded our expectations with the care and attention to detail and above all are honest. The workers are polite and capable movers and I highly recommend this company. Thank you for the awesome experience!

Mover Beware! I would never, never, never hire this company again. TMG is a broker NOT a moving company. Lesson painfully learned. The incremental charges from the home visual inspection, to the pick up, to the actual deliveries doubled from the original cost. You're lured into a competitive price, sign the contract. Once the moving coordinator tags moving articles and then counts the total, you will be charged hundreds more based on what they inventory. My articles were already identified, boxed and organized. I was told my inventory exceeded the capacity from the original visual inspection. I specified two destinations 1 mile from each other. The TMG back office personnel did not communicate the details to the movers. There's more. I want to save you the frustration, additional money and failed communication with TMG. If you're going to spend that kind of money - which you will end up paying - go directly with a moving company not a broker like TMG. If you think you're saving money with TMG, you're NOT. Always ask if the company offering their service a broker or direct moving company. MOVER BEWARE! Do NOT use this company.

Terrible.Texas Movers Group is the worst moving company I've ever used! This company only cares about getting your money and will say anything to lock you into a contract. Once you make a deposit they become negligent on their professional responsibilities as a moving company... the sales rep was nice in the beginning, but after I made a $300 deposit it went down hill from there. The movers did not pick up my items on the scheduled day which pushed my entire moveout date behind and interrupted my plans. Once the movers did show up, they took all of my stuff out of the apartment then doubled the price from $1275 to $2100 then demanded that I pay in cash. I was so upset and felt trapped. I eventually agreed because I had to move. Anyhow, the movers told me and my family that it would be a same day delivery from Houston to Dallas so we packed everything even personal items like all of my babies Pampers and clothes... after I made an initial $900 deposit and they left they called me and abruptly changed their minds about when I would recieve my stuff. I called the corporate office to speak to someone about the inconvenience and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I had none of my babies items and was so stressed out. This was literally an experience from **** and I do not recommend that anyone use this company. It was so bad that I eventually filed a formal complaint through the better business bureau.

The move was extremely smooth Zach was the foreman for this job and did a wonderful job explaining what to expect Pedro and Raphael were the movers and took great care to make sure nothing was damaged They disassembled and reassembled furniture when needed (e.g. they had to remove a door from the refrigerator, to get it thru the doorway) i would hire them again, highly recommended!

We just used this company and were very disappointed in the way they handled our move. We were quoted a certain hourly rate over the phone and when they showed up the day of the move increased the bid quite a bit. We were told we would have 2 crews of 3 men each and 2 trucks. Only 5 men showed up and a supervisor who proceeded to tell us the “new” price. We were clearly upset and proceeded to ask why the price was different. We had no choice but to agree to the price or they were going to leave and would be stuck without movers The next day we called to complained and was screamed at and hung up on by the manager. When we called back and tried to have a civil conversation about the dispute she screamed some more and threatened to call the police, for what, I’m not sure. I would highly discourage anyone from Using this company, if you have any issues they won’t even discuss them with you. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

They crew was very proffesional and fast. They packed all my boxes and unpcked it at the drlivery. Will defently recomand them to my friends and family.

This company is liar and crooks. Paid extra for direct delivery. Was told it would be delivered in 4 days took over a week. Found out our stuff was taken back to Dallas and waited to be combined with another order. Once they arrived was told they only carry it 50 ft from the truck unless we give them cash. Was told after arguing with Michelle thier office manager who is a lying witch said she would refund my direct delivery fee of $750 never happened for a month now. Thier wavier which they make you sign states at bottem which has to be notarized and signed states by signing this you wont contact police, Law, media outlet or social media. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS !!!!!

I want to Thank Texas Movers for a wonderful job. You guys were amazing. From the beginning to end you were everything a person Looks for in moving. I will recommend you highly without a doubt in mind.

Texas movers were awesome , the two guys that moved me were fast , efficient , and most of all inexpensive !!!! Thanks I will definitely be using them for future moves :)

I loved the kind of commitment and punctuality that these guys displayed. They showed up on time on packing/moving day and were very efficient in getting everything boxed up and loaded on their truck.

They were 3 hours late. When they showed up they arrived in a standard pickup, not a covered trailer.one reason I went with them was they agreed to install a flat screen TV and a queen size bed. They didn't bring the correct tools so they agreed to come back the next day. They stood up up 4 times and never showed up and never had the couresty to give us a call and let us know they couldn't make it. We DO NOT recommend this group as they are not honest or credible. <br />
