He took the time to go into the attic, explain each step of the process, and ensure I understood what was needed. His follow-through truly stood out. Michael Salinas and his partner, Michael, did an excellent job with the installation. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was properly cleaned before leaving. The gentleman who returned the next day to install the sheetrock did an exceptional job. I also appreciate Rose for keeping us informed on timing. A special thank you to Richard for making sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend their services.

Cedric quickly diagnosed the faucet issue and attempted to repair it. After determining that it was unrepairable, he ordered a brush nickel faucet that matches our kitchen sink. He suggested that we join the Home Protection Plan for service savings. Cedric is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

Pepe and Oscar came and replaced the thermal expansion tank and did a great job! Claudio had good customer service and did a great job!

We had leak that left a couple of water spots in our home and I called this company because of the good reviews. But we were indeed scammed, the technician quoted us $21k for a “bellying of our pipes”. We had mentioned to the tech that everytime we noticed the wet spots it was when we ran our dishwasher but he never checked our dishwasher or anything. We asked him to do the camera to check our pipes and he concluded the ‘pipe bellying’ due to ‘erosion’ (The pipe camera service is $450 btw, another ridiculous amount.) Well first of all, our home is a NEW build, its less than 5 yrs old so it ddnt make sense to me, plus who has 21k? We went ahead and hired a different plumbing company and within the first 15mins they concluded that it was our dishwasher that was causing the leak! I saw it with my own eyes. They said that i just needed to replace our dishwasher. They said that there’s nothing wrong with our pipes. Which totally makes sense because we noticed the leak everytime we used our dishwasher. Plus they fixed our garbage disposal for FREE compared to Texas quality plumbing quoted us $750 for a new one. How ridiculous. I called Texas quality plumbing because it was upsetting to get quoted 21k and i also asked for the video recording and pictures and a detailed report of the pipe camera service they provided and they cannot provide me with the report. They said ‘we can come out again and the tech will do it again and explain to you where he found the bellying’. They said that they dont even have the initial recording! Another thing to add, since we stopped using our dishwasher we haven’t had ANY LEAKS! PLEASE PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN USING THIS COMPANY AND MAKE SURE TO GET A SECOND OPINION! THIS COMPANY CHARGED US A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY AND THEY MISDIAGNOSED WHAT WAS WRONG! BOOK A DIFFERENT COMPANY! Attached are photos of their ridiculous prices. Also there’s nothing wrong with our toilets but they also added that we needed to replace them as well. 🤦🏽‍♀️

The guy that came out was professional and thorough. He was able to get my water heater working better after a descale.

Excellent workmanship so far. On time, great communication, great cleanup after job completed. The attachment still has to dry for 48 hours, but so far I am satified.

Great job Fast friendly service Cleaned out sink drain along with the bathtub. They came out and snaked all lines to correct the problem. Associates were friendly and professional. Will use them whenever I need plumbing work.

We started out a little rocky with purchase and installation of the incorrect style of toilet. However my plumber, Erik immediately took full ownership of the error, corrected it and had my correct toilet installed within a few hours. Workmanship was great, my plumber was very professional, courteous, on time and did a wonderful clean up job after all the work was completed.

Cedric was beyond professional. We had a clogged kitchen sink. He worked diligently and got the work done.

Finished in a couple of hours--I was so pleased! The kitchen sink was clogged and Austin had to use two different techniques to finish the job!

They did not pull permits prior to doing the work like my city requires. So now that the work is done their permit person is behind. If the permits were already pulled like they were suppose to be then the inspector could have come out 2 days ago when the work was complete and I could have had gas. The lady on the phone was rude and told me "your not the only one we are going down the list" now it will be 35 degrees tonight and I have no heat for my house and no hot water. I have been without these things for a week already because of these people. To make it worse tomorrow is new years and the permit office is closed and the inspector will not be working. So I will be without gas for even longer.
