Were very fast and responsive. I added some work after they showed up and it was not a problem. Their cleanup crew was impressive. Did a great job.

Eric is awesome. He replied to my quote inquiry almost immediately after I requested it. He was out within a day, and gave me a fair quote to trim two large oaks and haul away brush from another job. I was originally scheduled for a few days from the quote, which I was ok with. However, Eric called me the following day and said he and his crew could do it within two days. They were on time and did great work. I will definitely use Texas Tree Trimming again.

Texas Tree Trimming brought a platform ladder sufficient for safe access to the tall palms. They suggested additional work, most of which was accepted and done. The palms might be trimmed twice per year, but due to the price we can afford it only once. The job was done promptly as arranged, and clean-up was complete.

Eric (owner) was responsive when I called to request information about his services and demonstrated his knowledge of city and HOA codes when providing his estimate to trim two very overgrown oak trees in my front yard. His crew was able to come out only a few days later to get to work. Within a couple of hours, my trees were significantly cut back, but very well manicured. The crew asked several times for my input, if I saw any areas that needed additional attention before finishing up, which was certainly appreciated.

Came and gave a quote of $500 to prune two Bradford Pear trees. Agreed to the work. We agreed on the following Monday for them to do the work. The owner called at 6:15 pm the next day to say they would be at our house in a few minutes. They arrived at 6:45 pm to start the work. My husband and I both wondered how they were going to finish the job before dark. Many large limbs fell on our landscaping damaging smaller bushes and flowers. His response, “don’t worry, they’ll come back.” Their limp trailer was pretty full when they came to our house. They overloaded and left it in front of our house for the night. Our yard and the street had quite a bit of debris left behind. I called him to and his excuse was it was windy and they couldn’t get it all. Work was average but the cleanup was terrible. Won’t use them again.

As with the previous time we used them several years ago, the work was done quickly and fully met our expectations. We had one large oak that they had trimmed before that we wanted they new growth cut back. Then we had a pine, sycamore, and a mulberry that we needed trimmed for the first time. Fully cleaned up and hauled all debris away. Would definitely use again.

Response was as appointed and friendly. Equipment was adequate to perform the work safely. Work was done as specified. Debris was removed (1 large trailer full). In addition, they suggested removal of some trees 3" to 8" diameter. We accepted some of these suggestions. They provided estimates for removal of two larger trees.

Excellent work on my large and wildly overgrown live oak. Extremely professional down to the smallest detail of picking up every twig. I would recomment them to my friends and I will never have anyone else work on my trees.

It went great!.......They showed up in the late afternoon and hit it hard until completion before dark.......needless to say, they worked quite quickly and efficiently. Eric stuck to the price he told me over the phone (sight unseen) although the amount of work required was much more than he expected. I highly recommend Texas Tree Trimming and would definitely use them again.

The response was rapid. The service people and crew manager kept all branches off the structures and cleaned up everything just right. The manager explained a lot and answered all questions well. I will always recommend this company.

Their team is professional and very quick. They cleaned up and left the grounds almost as they were when they areived.

He responded quickly, went by the house for a free estimate. The next day he trimmed the trees as we discussed. For no extra charge, he took out a couple volunteer trees and clipped lenders back from gate.

All trees trimmed professionally and everything hauled off.

My trees look really great now. It is amazing how healthy the trees looks now. The tree team were prompt and professional. They hauled away all debris and made sure I was completely satisfied. I could have saved myself some time if I would have called Texas Tree Team first. I will definitely keep their number handy.

They did a good job and cleaned everything up when finished

I have been looking for someone to prune my 14 year pin oak trees for awhile but due to the quotes I was getting ($800-$900) I just kept looking. I am so glad I found Texas Tree Trimming! I called Eric on a Saturday at 11 am. He said he would come out around 1:30 or so to give me a free estimate. He said if I liked the price he could do it right away. Eric showed up on time and gave me a VERY good price (1/2 of all the others I had received). I hired him on the spot. He and his crew did an AMAZING job!!! He also cleaned up some of my other trees! They were fast and leaned up EVERYTHING and HAULED it away. I am thrilled that I can actually see my house again!!! I'm excited that my grass will start to fill in again. My pin oaks were gorgeous and HUGE AND FULL but little did I know how bad they were for so many reasons. The amount of acorns they produced this year was out of control. He raised up the canopy and WOW I can't believe how tall my trees are. My house looks so much better now! I still have shade but now all my other plants and grass will get the much needed sunlight. I even have more "light" coming into the house!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TEXAS TREE TRIMMING! They are super professional and know what they are doing!!!!! I am amazed at how much better my house looks and I've got my curb appeal back!!!!! ????? I give them 5 trees and 5 stars!!!!!
