Tim was responsive and professional from the beginning. Readily scheduled an appointment to discuss the project, offered useful insights into options and designed a mantel based on our preferences and his recommendations. He completed the mantel on schedule, arrived on time for installation, and made close attention to detail to make sure the job was done right. We are delighted with the result.

Beat our expectations. For many years we always wanted crown molding in our past homes, it never happened. Since this is our retirement home we decided to make it happen. My first and only call was to Tim Larkin and Co. I immediately felt he vision, enthusiasm and competence to make our dream come true. His team beat our expectations many times over. Tim proposed things that we never would have thought of and we’re glad he did. The quality of work was outstanding. Tim participated every day with his his. Their work was impeccable. Adjoining seams, angles and paiting still amaze us as well as friends who have seen the work. Finally, important to me was cleanliness. Everyday, our home was left in a livable state. The final day he brought his team back to our home, every inch was reviewed, some minor corrections made and they whet there until we were 100% thrilled. I wholeheartedly would recommend Tim to our friends and neighbors.

The project was in completed in four phases over 9 months time. I am extremely satisfied with the work. Tim Larkin and his installation team are timely, efficient, careful, and most of all, detail oriented. Every home presents workmanship challenges to a project. I was so impressed with how the team was able to find solutions such as going over air vents and building moulding returns that look absolutely beautiful (see pics). I am not done hiring them either! I have one more project for them and they will be in home in 2019 for sure.

Love the quality of work, price and professionalism from Tim and his entire crew. They installed crown molding in our kitchen, family room, stairs, hallways and bathrooms. Will definitely bring them back to do the rest of the house after remodeling.

Tim Larkin and his team did amazing work on our dining room. The room has been completely transformed. He is a true craftsman with a great eye for design. His team was friendly, courteous, and the work was done efficiently. We will be using Tim for all future molding work on our home.

Tim was enthusiastic and involved from the presentation to the final walkthrough. His crew performed as a team, eager to please and very proud of their work. Protected our possessions, daily cleanup and on the final day, all was returned to it’s proper place. 6 1/2 crown, best quality ever. No seams showing, with white, milky finish - perfect execution.

Tim did an exceptional job. His men were polite and finished the job quickly. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. Tim was patient in taking his time to answer all my questions. I was so happy with his work that I hired him to do baseboards in the downstairs area of my home. He did an exceptional job, using the highest quality materials. I have 6 kids and my baseboards still look good. Tim installed the ones that take wear and tear. I will definitely hire him again if needed!!

Tim and his crew were amazing. They were prompt, courteous, respectful of the property, extremely professional, and I would have to classify them as artists. Their work was exceptional! We could not be happier with the work T F Larkin Inc. provided. From the initial meeting to discuss our wainscoting project until it was immaculately finished (on time and on budget!) the entire 6-day process was one of the most professional and positive construction experiences we've ever had. Here are a few details: Initial Meeting: Company owner Tim Larkin met with us promptly to discuss our project ideas, offer a few of his own which helped guide our preferences to a more perfect outcome, and then walk us carefully through the timeline and project process. Within 24 hours we had the estimate in hand and the job was scheduled for a few weeks later. Measuring: A couple of days prior to the start of the job, Tim returned with the job lead to take precise measurements, ensure all seam areas, and double check every detail of the job. Once again, he carefully rehearsed with us the entire process and what we could expect to see happen on a day-to-day basis. Installation: On the Monday of installation (Feb. 29, 2016) a team of five showed up on time to begin construction and installation of the wainscoting. To the person, they were smart, professional, courteous, and extremely skilled craftsmen and artisans, and the extent of their training by Mr. Larkin showed in every aspect of their work. Both at the start and end of each work day, the lead asked if we had any questions--we always did--and all were answered with clarity and courtesy. And, they were CLEAN! At the close of each work day, they cleaned up the inside work sites and swept and cleaned up outside. They neatly stored their equipment out of sight and covered, and made the house as livable and usable for us as they could during the job by covering and taping off rooms and furniture to protect them from dust. At the end of the job the following Monday, they carefully vacuumed and cleaned every area of the house that they could. Mr. Larkin joined the job team for several hours each day, working along side them and offering guidance as needed. Ours was a large project, involving the staircase, bonus room, dining room, kitchen and kitchen island. The craftsmanship in all areas is remarkable and the project really enhances and showcases the beauty of our home. We enjoyed the work crew very much (who even quietly entertained themselves while working with the muted sounds of Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble in the background!). Again, they were marvelous to work with and delivered a spot-on job. We recommend them to you for any wainscoting or crown/moulding projects you may be considering for your home. <br />

Tim and his crew are amazing and do beautiful work. We knew this was a big investment, and it was worth every penny. The custom work they did truly made our house spectacular. It was the best investment we could have made. Tim, Marcus and the entire crew are true professionals who take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the work they do. They care about their customers and are incredibly responsive. We have had many homes in the past with crown and wainscoting installed and Tim's work by far surpasses anything we've ever seen. There's little to say about this company except that they are the very best in the business. We had Tim Larkin and his crew install moulding throughout the house a few years ago. We were very happy with the result, and it looks great. When we decided to update the inside trim, there was no question that Tim was the one to call. Tim really knows his stuff, comes in, looks around, and knows exactly what can be done. The crew was always on time, polite, worked efficiently, and followed the plan to perfection. Although the latest job was not a big one, they handled this smaller job with same care and professionalism as they had with the earlier, larger job. <br />

Tim came over for an estimate and got right to work helping me get the moulding done on my new construction (so I could order blinds...) and began me on my journey to get the whole house finished with crown moulding. Tim is very knowledgeable, a true professional and craftsman and seriously talented with his work. After my estimate, which was very very competitive with others I'd gotten, we decided to hire Tim - due to his knowledge and this wood moulding matching magic trick he can do when moulding has to do something crazy like match to moulding already in place. He says he's good at math - which is a huge understatement. Figuring out how the angles work and which size to put where and what would look good in the house is a true gift. I'm glad he's sharing it with us and helping our home be more beautiful...but I digress... <br /> Tim listened to what I wanted, showed me samples, pointed me to pictures of work he'd done and overall made the decision making easier for me. When it came time for installation, his crew is very professional and polite. As others mentioned they introduced themselves, let me know who was the job foreman, let me know who would be here and when etc etc. They did what they said they would do for the price contracted and even finished EARLY. I work from home and they were very respectful of my space and the need for me to maintain a professional environment even with some 'construction' going on in my home. <br /> My crown is amazing You have to see it to believe it - where he matched the builder installed kitchen crown to the new crown is nothing short of AMAZING! He is a true craftsman and a professional you'd want to do business with. <br /> Oh, and would I do business with him again? Ughm...YES. He's currently working on building me a matching moulding for one of my windows that needed additional help due to an overly large window covering. <br /> Further... I have big plans for the new house...and just as soon as I can get more money together I'm going to hire TF Larkin and crew to put the rest of the crown moulding in the house and then the third phase will be to deck out my dining room with wainscoting and extra special interior door fanci-fication that Tim and I discussed. :) <br /> ABSOLUTELY if you are looking for someone to fix up your moulding call Tim and his crew. You won't be disappointed. <br />

I think Tim is expensive BUT the finished product is superbly done. All molding is one piece from corner to corner; there are no seams in the pieces. The team is very polite and professional, and all employees work hard and clean up after themselves on a daily basis. If Tim is not present on the job, someone else is the manager of the project, and we, as owners, know who this person is: all concerns are taken care of in a pleasant and timely manner. Tim is a perfectionist, he transfers this expectation to his team, and the finished project shows this. Tim said when we first met him that no project is too difficult, and I sincerely believe this. <br />
