Initial contact went smooth along with a scheduled date. Text messaging along with emails kept me appraised of arrival time on the original time window scheduled. Travis and Mark were very professional and methodical in their process and cleaned up afterward. Booties were used to protect flooring. I am now kicking myself for not using the coupon discount that was here in Angies List! They are a full service electrical contractor and are capable of handling any electrical job the homeowner may require. Their pricing was a little higher than what I expected but I have nothing to compare it to. So let's assume it is in line with others. I would use them again due to how they performed on this task.

We initially had Travis come out to hang a light fixture in our tall foyer, fix nonworking kitchen outlets, contain a live wire in the basement and quote us for installing recessed lighting. They did a thorough walk through of our home and identified several safety concerns, including expired smoke/carbon monoxide detectors among other things. They fixed the kitchen outlets during that first visit and we scheduled for the remaining work to be done the next week. They were on time every day, clean and professional. We had no worries with leaving them in our home alone. They work was done timely and done right! We will use Travis again for our electrical needs.

Job was completed in a very professional manner. The quality of the work was excellent.

I sent an email early Saturday morning. I received a call just a few hours later and had an appointment for Monday morning. They diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in the same day. I especially appreciate the pre-printed pricing sheet. It allows you to know costs early on without surprises.

Travis, the owner, is very professional and courteous. He always safeguarded our belongings with cloths when he worked. As well, he was able to essentially rewire our whole house without breaking any plaster. He and Mike spent some terribly hot days crawling through some very cramped spaces, but I never heard a single complaint. We recommend them without hesitation.

<p>It went well. They were professional, did not leave a mess and were in and out pretty quick. I only saw them standing around if they were waiting for the plumber to finish. </p>

They did okay.  They sent two people to do a one man job which made it cost more.  The price seemed high for just changing a simple light fixture.  They were very professional and courteous.  The service was okay. 

They did very well. We would recommend them, and we would go back to them if we needed additional service.  They were good. We didn't have any problems with them, and they came when they said they were going to.  We thought the price was reasonable.
