The work was completed at our family condo in South Carolina 2 years ago. The scope of the damage was over $60,000.00. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the workmanship was excellent! I would recommend them for your remodeling.

I use Troy and Tim on all my mold calls. Thorough and detailed when I need them to inspect a property. They always figure out what the problem is. They show up and take care of the issues.

Work was done very erratically,  Sometimes working only 2 to 3 hours per day.   <br /> When We had some concerns as to the quality of workmanship and asked to speak with him about it, he quit the job!  <br /> This was just three weeks before Christmas leaving us without a kitchen and a houseful of people expected. <br /> The whole experience has been a nightmare. <br /> <br /> <br />

Tim did a nice job completing a small, cabinet refinishing project in our home, so we decided to use him to help us with our kitchen remodeling project. With the kitchen project, it was important to us that the project revitalize the kitchen area, but also retain the character of our older, Hyde Park home. Tim had good attention to detail, and was very familiar with older woodwork and fixtures. With minimal oversight, he was able to secure materials that matched the rest of the home, and execute on our vision. He provided suggestions to best utilize space, and provided good feedback on design elements we hadn't considered. Tim was also very active in all stages of the project, sometimes doing the work himself, and sometimes with other sub-contractors. However, he was on the job almost every day, and the project was completed in a timely manner.Tim cleaned up at the end of each day, and did his best to minimize the dust, which was hard to do, but was appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased with Tim's work, and how the project turned out. Our experience was that Tim was trustworthy, took pride in his work, and was very professional.We will likely use him for future projects, and we are very comfortable recommending him to others. <br />

This was an A+ experience. Tim Holscher was on site almost every day. The sub contractors he used were all prompt, professional and highly skilled. They arrived on time, did the work required and cleaned up when finished. On the days that Tim was not here, he always stopped by at the end of the day to inspect the work and to make sure everything was cleaned to his (and our) satisfaction. <br /> We felt completely comfortable with Tim and his sub contractors in the house and did not hesitate to leave while they were there. T.G. Holscher Construction is highly recommended. <br />
