Very good. I ave called them last year for a couple of times and they are good people and charge reasonably, they are professional and on time.

This unit is a year-and-a-half-old they have been out 3 times to fix this air conditioner now again today we have no AC and can't get them to respond. They were just out here on Friday the 16th of June 2017 to put freon in it it is June 19th 2017 and the air conditioner isn't working I have called 5 times to this office to get them to send somebody out here and still no service man

The people they send out are not children theses are guys are in their 40s and have been doing it awhile.

It was a three day job.  <br /> <br /> They had to come back because the evaporator coil in the attic was defective from the factory. They didn't catch and I didn't neither when they first installed but it showed after a month. They came back out took out the old one and put in a new one and its worked ever since. <br /> <br /> If you have to have heating and air work I certainly look at them. We've used them for inspections for quite a number of years but this was a major replacement and they did that well.

They did an excellent installation job, I'm very pleased with the work they did, and they cleaned up after installation

We purchased a package deal on Angie's List. They came out to evaluate if the package was suitable. They actually tried to trouble shoot and repair our current system (it was running but not cooling), even though we had already paid for a complete replacement SEER system. Well it turns out we bought the wrong package (incorrect tonnage). They said they would install the appropriate unit and told us the difference in cost. While $5k seems like a lot, we did our homework and the prices were very fair for what we needed.  A 4-ton SEER system with associated parts and labor was quoted by another company to us at 7k. <br /> My husband's an engineer, so he had spent a couple of weeks learning everything he could about HVAC systems before talking to Tharling.  They knew their stuff, didn't try to to upsell us, and honored their time commitment to get us a new HVAC system installed. <br /> This was the third company we dealt with for this issue and we are very happy. <br />

They were recommended to me. I never had trouble with them. They have always been good. They were fine. They gave me a reasonable price. I think it was a good price. I called in the evening and they came the next morning.

They did a good job.  He did something that nobody else could have done and he kind of walked around.  He was able to walk on the top and the beams to see if there was any leakage.  Scott is very good.  Everything that Scott did work out. As far as I can tell his check-up was fine.

Furnace did not work. Called Tharling. A tech came and found the problem. fixed promptly and charged exactly as quoted. Very professional. We were pleased to have heat too!

Washing machine was leaking water.

Tharling's was amazing to work with.  Our old system was over 25 years old and the ducts were over 30 years old.  We had family and work issues, so taking off two days was going to be a burden.  They  brought two crews out, so they could finish the job in one day.  The leaders of the crews were happy to answer our questions and show us their work.  The ducts in the attic look fabulous because they actually suspended them from the roof, so when we or other workers have to access the attic, we won't have to go over or around the ducts. <br /> The only negative was that they could have cleaned up a little better after themselves, but that is a minor issue compared to the job they did. <br /> I gave them a B on price because $8400 is a LOT of money, but the system runs wonderfully and I think it will pay off in the long run.  We'll definitely use them in the future to come service our system, which comes with a good warranty. <br />

The two gentlemen showed up on time and checked the outside unit out.  They discovered that the capacitor was out NOT the compressor, with a charge of $250. rather than thousands.  They were very professional and I am sure that if my AC unit ever fails again, I will call them first.  I was entirely satisfied with their service. <br />

The tech arrived on time, found the problem and gave me a couple of options. I chose to buy a new outside unit and it was installed within 4 or 5 hours. The service was excellent and the tech was very knowledgeable.
