The work took over 4 months to complete, in part due to wait time for a permit approval from West Bloomfield Township. Once complete the work appeared satisfactory, however upon winter temperatures a few months after completion of the repairs, the culvert froze and then the original problem recurred as it had not been repaired properly by digging the culvert down deeper before cement installation. Additionally, the material used between slabs of cement began to crumble and another slab has cracked. 10 slabs total were “repaired” . I have to now hire another provider to fix the driveway and repair it properly. The new contractor has quoted $3;700 fix my driveway.

"The Homeowner did not have the funds to replace entire driveway. She wanted [Member Information Removed] repair and showed us what she wanted replaced. The winter weather caused the rise of their Culvert caused the damage and now she wants us to replace damaged old slab at our Cost. She hired an attorney we were supposed to meet [Member Information Removed] called him to meet him there he informed [Member Information Removed] not to worry. The Concrete in question is age of the home and has nothing to do [Member Information Removed] T Harvey Construction."

We started with getting a new cement driveway and porch cap installed and added the patio and walkway as the additional cost was so reasonable. The crew did a great job and we are very pleased with the end result. They kept everything in our yard clean and were very careful of our flower beds. We appreciate this kind of service and we will definitely ask T. Harvey Construction to do more worked for us in the future.

I was very impressed with T Harvey Construction and his crew. Our contractor was in the middle of the project when he went on leave for a family emergency. We had no one to finish the porch so I contacted T Harvey construction. Even though their schedule was full, he made sure to fit us in on short notice and completed the porch before we had our first baby. His team communicated well with us and did everything in their power to ensure our satisfaction.

I made a long search for this projects. Many companies either did not want to do it, or gave me MUCH higher quotes. I finally found T. Harvey. They were just SO professional and honest with the lowest price and quickest action. I am so happy with their work.

Beware the reasonable price they quote. The crew did not have an idea about how to remove cast iron tub. I had to tell them how to do it properly. The workers who did most of the work were nice men, but spoke zero English. After they left I discovered they had not caulked the tub. I asked them for an estimate on fixing my cement-slab porch. "Ok..we'll send someone over." Crickets. Nothing. I contacted to see if they could send a tile guy. I sent pictures, talked to the guy....then crickets. Nada. Then the sink plumbing they did has started to leak into the plaster ceiling below. I called in a proper plumber and he diagnosed that the connections are leaking. I have to have an access panel cut into the bedroom on the other side of the wall. Fine, but why not leave an access panel when they had the wall open in the bathroom? More hassle and expense now. But I'm not spending it with them. Same old story...too many jobs going on at once, and once they start yours or have your money....service and communications go down the toilet. UPDTAED AS OF 10/19/2020: This firm's response to my complaint is BS. 1. They did not send licensed plumbers or experienced tile worker to do work. They spoke no English. They did no caulking. They left the shower head pipe hanging loose and spinning around. The tub faucet was loose. After fixing those two things, faucet loose again two months later. Did not cut miter angles on tile trim. Mis-installed toilet, causing a leak that cost me an additional $1,000 to fix toilet and plaster damage. Left tile glue on tiles that I had to hand-scrape. Shoddy work done by unqualified people.

"Mr [Member Name Removed] is a Liar, we have Texts from this guy telling us what great job we did and wanted us to put up ceiling fans in his home. What Mr [Member Name Removed] failed to say was he was informed that we found old galvanized pipe,he said it was to costly and wanted to proceed knowing it may not hold. I’ve talked to Mr [Member Name Removed] on numerous occasions, so he’s had my number from the beginning of the project. This job has been finished since early May and now August 27th he writes this nasty review. I had the pleasure to speak with Mr [Member Name Removed] Today and he informed me that his frustration was with the non English speaking people and also because we would not help him with the project he started on his porch. After being Rude and and Mean to my Staff, I wasn’t going to do anymore work at his home. The price he has to pay to another company was relayed to him in the beginning of the project, but Declined because of the cost. As the owner when I am not contacted directly about any problem, I can not full address the issues, especially Months after completed. We at T Harvey stand behind our work and warranty any workmanship issues."

T. Harvey Construction provided everything that I needed. There were lots of details that other companies could not help with (such as removal of large tree roots from under my old driveway). But, the T. Harvey team took care of all the requirements that I had and they did amazing work. Their team was very polite and helpful. T. Harvey also constructed a beautiful, custom cedar pergola on my brand new patio and that too turned out great! I look forward to working with them again!

He came in unhooked the old tank, reworked the pipes, installed the new tank, and took the old tank, all in less than 2 hours. My new tank looks great and works perfectly. very good quality tank installed. I will definitely call them for all my home projects.
