That 1 Painter did an absolutely wonderful job in the interior painting of our townhouse. Kenneth did a great job supervising the whole operation, keeping us informed and happy through our project. The painting team of two was really remarkable. I was really taken both with the talent they displayed in the preparation and actual painting was awesome. That they did the whole job in two days was unbelievable and a sign of their professionalism.

Recently had the outside of my house painted by That 1 Painter Kansas City and I can’t recommend them enough. The quality of the work is fantastic and the house looks amazing. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the care that was put into protecting my house.From all the time spent tarping and taping to prevent spills/stains, to the high quality products used, and even the clean up process after the project, I felt that this team really went above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Working with Sandra, Kenneth, Stephanie, and Geovanny this project was such a smooth process every step of the way and the house looks beautiful so I would absolutely recommend this group to anyone in the KC area!

I had interior painting done and it was a great experience from start to finish. Kenneth was fantastic during the initial consultation - we walked around the house, I explained the concepts and we looked through his huge list of color swatches to pick the right colors. I told Ken that timing was my biggest priority - I had just closed on the house and wanted to get the painting done before I moved in furniture. Ken had a quote for me in ~15 minutes after the consultation. Then Stephanie (the PM) called a few days later and we scheduled the work to start the next day. Stephanie and Yoli (the paint crew lead) walked through all the rooms with me again to confirm the scope and minor details. Make sure we got the colors right - some were just walls, some full rooms, some semi-gloss, some matte. They paid attention to details and wanted to understand what I was trying to achieve in these rooms and not just put color on walls. Then Yoli and the team immediately start taping and blocking. They went to work on all the rooms sealing holes and patching, sanding, three coats of paint and did about 1500sq ft in a day and a half. And everything looked smooth. After the second day we did a walk through. There were a few minor touch ups I called out and Yoli and team immediately went to work to fix it. Example: a little yellow dripped on a white base board. They wiped it up but it left a faint yellow streak - they fixed it in 15 minutes during the walkthrough with no arguments. From the initial call - to the quote - and getting the job done it was ~ 1.5 weeks. Fantastic work and I can now start moving into my new house with a great looking interior!

Very pleased—spent most of the time on prep which is so important, very respectful of plants, property and communicate every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend That One and their hard workers!

We had a great experience with our house painting project with That 1 Painter! The service was efficient, clean, and very well-done from start to finish. Stephanie met with us on Friday, June 26th to give an estimate for painting the front of our house and garage doors. By the following Friday, July 3rd, our house was painted! I couldn't believe that she was able to get us on the schedule that fast! Kevin and William, our painters, were kind and professional. We’re very pleased with the finished results and would definitely recommend their painting services!
