Great! Very friendly professional and knowledgeable. Would talk and answer questions without feeling rushed. Only had one issue with the breaker. It started randomly kicking off. Called Mr Thrayer and he was there the next day to replace breaker. Has worked great ever since. His prices are very reasonable. Stay away from Sparky electrical. They quoted me almost three times the price of Mr Thayer for the same job. Would highly recommend to all and will definitely use him again if I need anymore electrical work

So greatful for this company! Very professional, kind, and responsive! We were needing to fix our sub panel so we could have hot water. Thayer recommended to just change what was required instead of incorrectly telling us to upgrade the whole sub panel for the money, which we experienced. Thayer thankfully came out the next day as our hot water was affected. We were a smaller job and he treated us like any other job. I am so glad for this company , the honesty, the care, the responsiveness and of course quality of work. I have hot water again and everything works amazingly! I highly recommend this company!!!!!

Excellent! The only electrician in Jacksonville I’ll use from now on. Ray is the best; he was on-time or early for each appointment, extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He restored power to my home and completed several other repairs in a timely manner and his prices can’t be beat! He also took the time to explain all the repairs to me and answer any questions I had. I’m very, very happy to have found Thayer Electrical Services and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone because of honest and friendly customer service and high-quality, very reasonably-priced repairs.

Great! Did a report for my insurance company on my electric and offered me suggestions on how to procced. If I don't go to another insurance company, he will fix what I have now. Called the following day to see what the insurance company said about the report. Very personable and friendly, and I would call this company again..

It went very well. A job well done! Mr. Thayer did an excellent job installment security fixtures on the outdoor of from and back of house. He is a very nice person and well manner. I will continue using him for electrical services I may have in the future. He is highly recommeded for those looking for a highly skilled electrician.

The man is truly amazing. His work is outstanding. He installed a whole house Generac generator for me and has since become an authorized Generac dealer and serviceman. I had 4 different company's give me estimates and he blew them away with a great price and fast service. Big company's put me on their waiting list. Some were up to 10 weeks out. He completed the job in 3 weeks. His work is clean and neat. One of his best attributes is that he is HONEST and does all the work himself with the aid of a helper, so you know that the job is done right. He is fully licensed and insured. I feel like I have an electrician I can truly trust.
