Excellent!! Staff was professional from start to finish. I received regular updates throughout the whole process from the office staff regarding permits, surveys and appointments. The men that did the work were amazing. Two hard workers that completed the job in record time and cleaned up at the end leaving my property with a beautiful well built sturdy fence. I needed a new fence because my old fence was leaning into my neighbors yard and I was concerned it might fall. I had gotten estimates months ago but was not comfortable. I saw the Home Depot store sign and called for an estimate. They came out quickly. It was a bit more than the other estimates, but I felt comfortable with the Home Depot name and guarantee. Through the process I was kept informed of the different stages my fence contract was in. I now have a new wooden fence with a great gate that the installers reinforced with a metal frame. Good job to Jose, Olivia, Jessica, Marga and Edel. I especially appreciate Gilberto and Yerielky who actually installed the fence. I had some concerns and Gilberto was able to help me understand the process. The worksite was kept neat and orderly and they cleaned up the area nicely when finished.

We decided on the PVC white fence. THD took care of all the permits and surveys. It took a while to get the permits and materials. However, I was kept informed by a Home Depot rep along the process. Also the fact that I have 24 months to pay the fence at zero interest helped me out tremendously. They removed the old wooden fence (placed it curbside) and placed the new fence. The fence looks amazing and I have not had any issues with the installation. The installers were very professional and courteous. The only constructive critique I will make is that because my yard is not leveled, the bottom of the fence starts off close to the ground but as it gets to the back of the yard the gap between ground and bottom of fence is about 10 inches. Obviously this is something that at times cannot be foreseen however, I would have preferred that this issue had been addressed when it was noticed and maybe we would have decided to install the fence in a step down method. A better option I think would be that THD comes up with a system to fill that gap using the same material as the fence (some kind of horizontal piece etc). I ended up of course filling this gap with soil since it looked terrible and I have a dog etc.. but it was just more work for me... The positive side of installing the fence in a straight pattern is that it is high and visually pleasant and I don't see my neighbors mess... With all that said I would definitely recommend them. I love my new fence.

THD Fencing was very professional.I would highly recommend them to anyone that I know who needs a fence done. They stayed in concact with me every step of the way via phone and email so i was always aware of what was happening and what would come next. Any time you call the Rep would always and i do mean always have a smile in her voice. Excellent Customer Service. The Fence looks great. My neighbors have admired it also. And i most definitely will be using using THD Fencing for my other Property once its ready.

Miami is not known for companies providing good customer service, but THD Fencing through Home Depot is the worst company that we’ve ever dealt with anywhere. We opted to use them because they offer a guarantee on their work and a warranty for the fence. But, given how bad their personnel are, it's not really worth the trouble. Once you want to go with them, instead of simply giving them a deposit, you have to pay in full before they even submit the permit with your municipality (or county if you live in unincorporated Miami-Dade). Then, you're at their mercy as to when they actually come to do the job. From the salesperson to installer, every person that we dealt with for this project was unprofessional and most of them were incompetent, with one exception. - The sales person was rude and reluctant to explain what the differences were between their different kinds of fences. He was even reluctant to show us examples of the fences. His sales pitch initially was to encourage us to look at their Facebook page and to tell him what we wanted. - The THD office support staff for the pre-installation phase and during installation was incompetent. While we used them post-Irma and understood that there was going to be a delay in getting the fence installed, their staff could never give us an approximate date as to when they could begin the project (even after we got the permit approved from the city). They would promise that someone from Department X would call us, then we'd never get a call. We'd follow up and that wouldn't do any good. It usually took three or four attempts to get someone on the phone and they wouldn't have any useful information for us when they did answer. -The installer was more forthcoming with information while he was on the job, but he also was unprofessional. When he claimed that the project was finished, we found that the pipe to catch the gate stop hook was on the ground. We ordered a double gate and when he evidently found that he couldn't get the pipe into the ground b/c something was blocking it, he didn't bother to see if he could install the pipe under the other gate door. He also didn't bother to leave a note or try to explain the situation. He just left. We had to call the support office to complain before he came back and finished the job (a couple of weeks later). - The office support staff during the installation phase was equally incompetent as the office staff managing the project pre-installation. They fail to give the customer useful information at every point in the process. For example, The installer came to lay the foundation for the fence posts and wasn't back for a few days. He didn't tell us that the time frame was when he left, so after not seeing him for two days, we called the office staff to ask what was going on. What he failed to tell us was that it would take a few days to get the foundation approved by the city and for the city to notify the THD/Home Depot offices of the approval and he could not resume the installation until this occurred. We called the office and asked what was up and was told that we would get a return call. Nothing that day, which was typical of them every time we called for an update on our status BEFORE we they came to install our fence. I called the next day and finally got the point person for this phase on the phone and asked about the status and why nobody called us back the previous day. She blamed everybody else for us not getting a return call when it was her responsibility to call us back. - The only person who actually did their job and did it well was the point person for the post-installation phase. He was good about keeping us informed about getting the city inspection scheduled and what the outcomes were. The fence itself is a nice fence and is fairly god quality. But, we paid top dollar for it and received the lowest quality customer service we've ever received from any company that we've ever dealt with. We deeply regret using them and will never use Home Depot or any of its affiliates for any installation ever again. The company may provide different experiences in other regions of the country, but in Miami it's terrible.

Very well! The installation crew did an excellent job. Nelson was extremely informative and professional and the Customer Relations folks were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Jessica was responsive and did a terrific job. She is truly a credit to your organization. You need to give her a raise! :)

Amazing the sales rep was extremely attentive and was done in less then 2 days.

Ok during the installation but 6 weeks late considering the original date committed by your team. I won't use this service again. I was thinking that paying more will ensure quality and punctuality but it is not the case. I found

First i like to say some job take time some job done quickly the most important is we all need to have patient ,trust and faith with lord but I am happy all the worker did very good job and the Fencing company and the home depot I am happy with 100% customer satisfaction.
