Really great service, totally professional, did more than I asked for, made sure that everything was cleaned up and orderly, finished what the said they would do (and more) in the time that they said it would take.  I will definitely hire them again.

Ross was knowledgeable, efficient and effective. He had a nice demeanor and personality. It was a very good experience and I'll be having him back for more work soon. His hourly rate at the time of service was $60. He only charged me $53 per hour. I supplied all materials. If i had more time I'd give more details. <br />

 The  old window was a slightly smaller. He had  to make several adjustments to make the new one fit properly. <br />   <br /> Completely sealed around  the  frame .  Replaced  cedar shakes around the window . <br /> It has an original appearance . <br /> I would recommend them. <br /> H stewart <br />

First they came without all their tools and had to ask me for mine. The employees were clearly not given the information about what plants I wanted saved. They trampled everything in the way, destroyed a drip system that was in place, and left mud in the flower beds from digging the post holes. They left with all the left over material that  was part of my bill, and worst of all, they left my gate open and my dogs got out. When I raised the issue about the drip system being destroyed, he just said "that's what happens when you build a fence", One of the most unprofessional services I have ever hired!! <br />

These guys are great. They are super friendly and honest, and their prices are extremely fair. We hired them to rebuild a section of our fence which had fallen over due to rot. The day before they were scheduled to do the work there was rain in the forecast, so they showed up a day early to make sure the work got done and didn't have to be delayed. They finished the job, and did excellent work.  <br /> They will be my go to for repair/remodeling work in the north bay going forward. I only wish we had started working with them sooner! <br />

They were good. They did pretty well. They were on time. They were very professional.

Very responsive, polite and professional.  My closet was a little bit of a challenge and he was able to figure out a solution.  It ended up taking a little longer than I think either of of us thought it would (including a run to Home Depot) and he gave me a little bit of a break on the price.  The drawer handles are even, solid and very precise. <br /> The fees were $50 per hour which feels a little steep for handyman services, but it depends on what you are having done.  If my kitchen drawers were done wrong, they would have been ruined and I didn't want to take that chance, and he did an excellent job.  For more simple tasks, I might look for someone less expensive, but for something complicated or high quality I would use this service again. <br />

They were excellent.  They showed up on time, as a matter of fact they were going to be twenty minutes late and they called, they knew exactly needed to be done, they needed minimal instructions, they needed no feed back at all from my wife who is frequently the boss in these jobs.  She has to give a lot of input when people aren't qualified.  That didn't happen with these people.  They did a variety of household things that, semi-skilled.  Other member should know that they can rely upon them completely.  What they charged was reasonable.  They showed up, they did their work, they got paid by the job rather than by the hour.  I prefer that myself.  They were reasonable and certainly the value for what they did.

I was very pleased with the service. Ross had recently damaged his cell phone irreparably and thus had lost my contact information and address. When he did not show up at the appointed time, I called and he explained the problem. He was at our house 20 minutes later. He did a great job on the gutters and thoroughly cleaned the area afterwards. He explained that I had bought the wrong faucet to replace the one that was leaking and offered to drive to the hardware store to get the correct piece. Throughout, Ross was polite, cooperative and informative. I would definitely, hire him again. <br />

He initially just came for a quote to fix my awning and ended up doing the job itself that day. He called the Sunsetter Awning company and had them send instructions to his phone to repair it properly. He then cleaned out my gutters that hadn't been cleaned out in quite some time. He went above and beyond my expectations. I was very happy with his service.

Work was done all in one day and was excellent.  They had an "I can do it" attitude, understood well what needed to be done, and were very nice to deal with.

Ross approached as agreed and removed exterior window awning. He is to return to clean, repaint and install the awning. He will also do some caulking and painting.

Ross Vasquez arrived on time and surveyed the exterior awning to be removed.  He commented that it had been very securely anchored to the window frame.  Due to his skill the quickly determined how to cut through the anchor screws and remove the awning without damage to it or the surrounding area.  He will be renovating the awning for replacement at the original siteand renovate the exterior and interior windowframe.  I have also discussed with Ross additional work to be performed and have no reservation in having him perform this work for me.  It is my opinion that I have found a totally professional handyman that I would recommend to anyone.

What a great guy. Very positive attitude . On the phone he did not think the job was for him and he had to come from Cotati to Santa Rosa.I explained in detail and he agreed to come. And I am glad he did. <br /> He preformed alll the jobs efficiently and well. I would definitely have 2 brothers again.

I use them all of the time. They always show up on time. They are very good. Their pricing is very good. They are very responsive. Sometimes they miss a screen or two.

Contacted the Two Brothers (Ross) to repair a doorbell as well as a sticky screen door.  Ross was very professional during the first contact, and remained so throughout our business.An appointment was set and he showed up at the appointed time, got down to business and did the repair work as he had promised -The work was done efficiently and he explained everything he did to my satisfaction.  (I was not at the premises, but according to the tenant he was very professional and did the work with a minimum of time lost and a minimum of bother to him (the tenant).The work done is on an old building - the doorbell is very old, but he found a way to make it work.  The screen door needed to be adjusted and planed down in order to close properly - and also replace the screen.  All work done was more than satisfactory.

He was prompt and very pleasant to work with.  I had a number of issues for him to look at.  He told me when he thought the work I was considering was unnecessary.  He was very professional.  I will call him again.
