I have a small condo that is going on the market. Manny's crew redid the floors, painted the cabinets, and other various small things. I was very happy with Manny, how friendly and professional he was, and the quality of the work I received. I would definitely use him again.

I redesigned a lot of our house and and he did a great job implementing the changes to flooring, our kitchen and bath, bedrooms and even a new staircase.

Great job on kitchen (new flooring, granite countertops, cabinet painting) and bath (new shower stall, countertop) updates. Manny had already done the above work for us several months before Harvey brought 2 inches of water into our home. He contacted us to see if we needed help. It was great to have someone we already could depend on to handle our restoration. His crew replaced sheetrock and all of our flooring and repainted the entire interior of the house. The "B" grade for punctuality was not for Manny himself but some of the workmen.

They took a builder's master's bathroom and made it to a beautiful spa.It was excellent!

It went well, we were delayed due to some custom faucets and shower head that needed more time for delivery (not the contractors fault). His workers kept the place clean and sent a cleaning crew when the work was over to make sure the place was in order.

Manny he is a professional, creative and I ask alot of question for ideas and I recoment Manny he is the best and work is excellent. I would definitly recomment 7A Services, friends, and family.

Manny is forward and honest stand behind his work. I have hired him more than once.

very good. very please. definitely will use again. After Harvey Manny called to see if i had any damage and urgent repairs needed. I did not feel he was calling just to get a job. i felt like he was genuinely interested in meeting a need if i had one. which i did have minor roof damage. He quickly and reasonably priced did the repairs.

The house looks amazing. In the midst of the repair, he found a portion of our overhang that was completely rotted out. His guys took care of it and it's impeccable. Manny helped us out by doing a supplement for our original roofing insurance claim and it was covered. Manny is not the least expensive contractor I've worked with but he is utterly honest. He has had open access to our house. The work is beyond reproach. And my father-in-law is a contractor out of state, so you know he was always evaluating the work.
