Appointment 1: they got held up on a previous job and didn't make the appointment I called and rescheduled for Appointment 2: they arrived on time, determined it was a simple fix (replace capacitor), executed the fix. Within 2 days, we realized the A/C was still not working correctly Appointment 3: Came out, determined that a new compressor was needed. Compressor was under warranty. They said that they could get the part and would call us back "ASAP" to schedule repair. they never called back. I called, talked to the owner and heard the office person in the back say "I was going to call her this morning" - so he said they'd be calling me, they didn't call back. I called that afternoon (Friday), and she said "we can't do anything now, it's too late on a Friday" - at this point we'd gone another week without A/C. Scheduled appointment for Tuesday. Appointment 4: They call and say they got the wrong part, can't get back to get the right part in time. Rescheduled AGAIN for the following day. Appointment 5: They show up on time, fix the unit. Original quote was a $$$$$, but after discussion, they reduced the charge to something more reasonable. We can now get the A/C to run so it's better than it was, but it is STILL flipping the breakers (which it never used to do), at this point they say it's not the A/C unit, it's an electrician issue. I think that technically these guys know how to fix an A/C issue, but their attention to detail (ordering the right part) and reliability on appointments could use some improvement.

The job went well during all phases, from the initial home visit with work estimate to the final installation of the new equipment. The owner is a great listener and did her best to understand the home owner's situation, provided good feedback, recommendations, and showed strong knowledge in HVAC system installation. The field estimate crew was also very knowledgeable. Though the initial price seemed a bit high, the owner was willing to work on it, and ultimately secured the work. The equipment was installed per the scope of work developed, on the date it was scheduled, and within budget. Also, the property was left clean after completion of the work. I would definitively use this company again in the future and I am happy with the work. Thanks!

When the air conditioning stops working at our house, my wife declares it a crisis. Pack the kids, pack the dog, pack the car, and head to her mom's house. Ugh. Well, crisis declared and she was packing. I called The A/C Guy in the morning, they came out that afternoon, and the air conditioning was cooling again in less than an hour. 'Nuff said. Crisis is over and she is now unpacking. And no trip to mom-in-law's house... whew!

I've been using them for years. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, willing to work with you. Lesley is a great guy. One time when I needed an outside condenser, I was selling a boat and we ended up bartering for his services and equipment. I traded him for it. How often does that happen? That sold me on Lesley. I've been using him for years. If I need a condenser or something small, they don't show up and charge me $350 for a $30 part.

Ok - redeemed themselves by not insisting I purchase what they determined was needed due to age of equipment and probable necessity of replacement in next couple of years.

"When the customer phoned in, she was told that she need to have purchased our 21-point A/C Performance Tune-Up and Inspection coupon and she had purchased a Discounted Diagnostic coupon. She was asked if her unit was operating and she said yes. In light of that, she was in need of a "check-up" not "service". She understood the difference on the phone and asked us to schedule the appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 12p-2p. Our technicians arrived at 12:43 p.m. and she received a phone call prior to their arrival letting her know that our technician was on the way. We conducted the 21-point A/C Performance Tune-Up and the technician gave her recommendations on her system. We are sorry the customer feels she overpaid or didn't get the service she did pay for. We wish her the best in locating a contractor who can meet her expectations in the future."

The technician, Kyle, was fantastic and very professional. Unfortunately, the experience with Cynthia in the service department and Wesley, one of the owners was very lacking. The scheduling of the appointment and the arrival was somehow confused and when speaking with Cynthia, she became defensive about making the error. I was then quoted a high price to make repairs and when I presented a quote from a large competitor, they stated that they were inflexible on pricing - take it or leave it. Not someone looking to grow a business in my opinion, and not someone I would use again.

"We are glad to hear that our technician, Kyle, performed above expectations for this customer. We quoted $2100 to replace a leaking evaporator coil and if it was performed within 2 weeks of our service call where we charged the unit, we would deduct approximately $300 from that ticket. This would bring the coil to $1800 installed. The customer had another quote from a competitor, that he didn't want to use because the past performance of the competitor didn't meet his expectations. He was asked to send the quote via e-mail or have it available to show our technician, Kyle. The customer never produced the quote. Our Service Manager, Wesley, explained that we were already giving a $300 discount from the prior ticket and that is all we could do on the installation of the coil. Not all companies are equal in service and price. Sometimes you have to pay more for value. The equipment is the same, but the contracting company installing it can be very, very different. We are glad he was able to find another contractor who could do the job for a better price and hopefully they will perform to his expectations."

Excellent! I like them! Very fair price! Honest and knowledgeable. Very helpful. I called this morning and they were able to come out same day. They scheduled to show up between 10am-12PM. Called when they were in route as promised. Will hire again. Yes I recommend them. They charge only $69.99 to come out and would have charged $125 to unclog the drain pipe from AC if needed. They gave me a $20 discount for first time customer-which I appreciated.

A/C Guys lived up to everything they promised. I called a day later to fine tune some of the installment and they showed up at the scheduled time and took care of everything. I will recommend to my friends who are looking for AC repair work.

It went fine. The technician arrived promptly and was very nice and professional. The first day the blower was replaced, then he discovered that the control board was burned out. He said this would just mean that the blower would keep blowing and not turn off automatically. I gave to go-ahead to get another blower and they worked with my schedule to return and install the new control boards. I don't know prices, but it seemed reasonable and he didn't push to install new unit.
