I think when people have an HVAC problem, they are looking for someone to come quickly, a person who can do the work and someone who will treat them fairly. Justin is all of these things. I’ve hired him on 3 occasions at different homes and I have always been extremely pleased with his professionalism, responsiveness, capacity to diagnose and fix the problem, and his fair pricing.

We normally are so busy that I forget to do reviews like I should But I wanted to make sure and give a shout out to the Air Doc! With KY weather you never know what you are gonna get. Wowhen our a/cblink on one of the hottest days I was in a panic. But I called the Airdoc and he was very helpful and was able to come and fix our a/c the same day. He finished the job he was on and instead of going home for the night he came and looked at our A/C and fixed it that night. We highly recommend anyone needing work done on their heating and Air Units this company is who you should call hands down. Fast Efficient friendly and Quality work! Thanks again Justin for getting us back to being cool and comfortable!

Justin showed up (other techs hadn’t), did quality work to repair my old unit, and didn’t try to push the installation of a new overpriced unit (other techs did). I appreciate his effort and honesty.

I have an extremely high confidence level in the quality and efficiency of work done by The Air Doc. There is no up sell pressure; in fact, the first effort is to fix any issue before recommending any type of replacement. Service response time is reasonable.

My air quit working late one evening, I called Justin at 9:30 pm, he was at my home within 24 hours to repair my unit. He was in contact through the day to let me know when he would arrive. He was very professional and friendly. I’m thrilled with the service and would definitely hire him again.

Quality company and hard working, I know the owner and have seen there service diagnostic and repair be consistent.

It went great!! Justin showed up on time& repaired everything that other companies said that couldn't be fixed and that I needed a new ac system. Saved me thousands of dollars!!! He put in a uv light that kills the flu virus & electronic air cleaner that keeps better indoor air quality. He was very respectful!! He respected my time, respect my home by wearing shoe covers and respect me by wearing a mask!! The price was reasonable & now I have a nice cool, clean & quiet home!!! Thank you Justin!!!
