Highly recommend. They are true to their word on what they tell you about the appliance problem. They work hard hard to fix the problem. We had issues after the new part was installed, but they came back to check the problem. Even came on a day of their vacation so the fridge worked when my family came this last weekend. Fridge works great. I would highly recommend them an would use their services again if needed.

Contacted Dennis due to dryer not making proper contact to start cycle. Dennis went through the dryer with a fine tooth comb and discovered the problem was with the timer and needed replacing. I have NEVER had anyone service an appliance so efficiently. He was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely polite. He went through everything explaining the function of each part. If you want someone dependable, knowledgeable and trust worthy, make the correct choice and do not hire those other clowns where the customer comes second. david rivet

The Appliance Doc sent me text messages with the picture of Denis. Denis asked for a picture of the dryer model so he could bring parts on first trip. He made an appointment for 6PM for the next day which was great as I had two loads of wet clothes. He was able to get there early and find the problem but did not have that part. He came back the next day to replace the part. Denis then explained the a blocked dryer vent probably stressed the part until it broke. He then cleaned the vent of so much lint. He even waded through the snow to clean the outside part. I highly recommend The Appliance Doc as he was professional, knowledgeable and thorough.
