ON VACATION BETWEEN JUNE 23 THROUGH JULY 5TH. WE WILL REOPEN ON JULY 6TH. THANK YOU. Since 1986 The Appliance Doctor of Central Florida, Inc. has been servicing our area with Honesty and Integrity. We are known throughout the community as a company that provides expert service at fair and reasonable prices. We do not work on every make and model. Please let us know what brand of appliance you have in your home. This will help in our response. We are recommended on a daily basis by our customers, which tells us that we are doing all that we can to give the best service in town. Our experience of over 35 years gives you the peace of mind to use us with confidence. You do not have to call the big national companies to service your products unless you are still under a manufacturers warranty. Our technicians each year attend on going educational programs on new products that will enable us to provide quality service to you the customer. If your appliance is out of warranty you should call us for all of your appliance service needs.

When I contacted the Appliance Doctor, they setup an appointment quickly and discussed the cost for a service call and how our equipment would be evaluated. Mike was excellent when he arrived, and gave us great advice. He gave us an honest evaluation of our 17 year old fridge and after checking the relay and other items, he advised that it was an compressor and with the age and expense it would not be worth repair. He gave us advise on what to look for when purchasing another one and a couple of possible resources. When I was looking for the replacement, I liked several models and reviewed the online ratings. Then I called Mike with the sales representatives information and he discussed the advantages and problems he had seen with each model. Great advise. If we need help we will call Appliance Doctor first.

Excellent folks. Called the company and described symptoms which suggested failed heating element on our Samsung Dryer. Owner Mike came out the next day having picked up the needed part in case heating element had failed. Therefore he was able to fix on the spot. Also included a one year warrantee on the part and labor.

Unfortunately parts are no longer available for this built in microwave. As always Mike gave honest advice on brands of microwaves to buy and those to stay away from.

Excellent. He did a thorough inspection and suggested that it was NOT worth buying the part for many hundreds of dollars and suggested we buy a new one. He even gave us suggestions for models and manufacturers based on his experience repairing dryers. Thanks !

We couldn't get the filter in our fridge to stay in. Mike was very nice and responsive. He ended up fixing the part so we didn't need a new one. We would definitely use Mike again in the future!

Mike quickly returned my phone call about replacing my icemaker. He needed to order the part and it took a little longer than expected to come in but Mike kept me up-to-date on the status. Quick installation when it did come in. Nice people to deal with.

Would definitely use again. Mike was very responsive and punctual (actually called earlier in the day to see if I was available earlier). Mike knew exactly what the problem was and had the part with him. The whole service took less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed.

Assessed that the dryer need the computer board replaced -- unfortunately no parts are available to fix the problem -- leaving the "problem" as is -- still usable

Mike and his son Mike were excellant. They came when they said they would, explained the work that was to be done and did it in a timely fashion. Cleaned up after themselves and were very reasonable in their pricing. Would definitely recommend them for any appliance repair.

Excellent A+ Mike returned my phone call promptly. Answered my questions. No nonsense, professional, on time. Fixed our 10 plus year old refrigerator. The refrigerator is working better than ever. Would definitely hire again and will refer this company to anyone seeking repairs. Honest work and reasonable price. Also gave us advice on upright freezer in garage that shut off. We changed outlet to non GFC and it works like new. Thank you

Discovered my refrigerator was not cooling properly on a Thursday evening. It was after business hours so wrote a message on Angie's List to the Appliance Doctor. Michael called at 8 A.M. Friday morning and advised he was somewhat booked for the day but would try to fit me in, probably early afternoon. He called at 1 PM, said he would be over shortly. I suspected it was the compressor but within 3 minutes or so of his arrival he diagnosed a faulty freezer fan, had it on hand and replaced within an hour. Mike is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I will absolutely call again if any future large appliance problems. This was two weeks ago and the fridge is working great!
