My pro was Derrick. Derrick was the cleanest, most efficient installer that has ever entered my home. I generally don’t like strangers in my home for any reason. Derrick was the exception to the rule. The reason is that he didn’t just walk by me and be about his job, he actually spoke to my wife and me. He didn’t act as though he was doing us a favor. He took great patience in explaining our shower, the materials used and how to manage it. He is obviously very knowledgeable about installation because he ran into unexpected snags and handled them seamlessly! I really appreciated his professionalism and courtesy that he extended us. He, the shower and Bath Planet of Arkansas is worth every dime we spent!!

I do not recommend Bath Planet. The cost is exorbitant for such a pretty product made with poor quality materials and shoddy installation. There is too much give in the flimsy walls and pan. After only a month, I had to have someone come in and recaulk. It took a LOT of caulk for the big gaps. Yes, there was mold. Then, two years later, yet another issue. We noticed a squishing sound in the hall, then water started coming up between the floorboards. It took a plumber two trips (and a week of using no water in that end of the house - no dishwasher, kitchen sink, laundry, or bathroom) so the floors could dry and he could find the source of the water. Turns out, the shower drain was not properly installed, or perhaps it had worked itself loose with the flimsy bendable pan. Water was draining between the concrete slab and our pvc laminate flooring. Yes, I am upset. I am so sorry I allowed Bath Planet anywhere near my house.

Professional installation.

I love my new shower surround from Bath Planet of Arkansas! Chris was very helpful from the beginning through the end of the installation. I went into the showroom with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Chris helped me figure out a beautiful fit for my bathroom. When the installers came to my house they were kind and very respectful of my home. They covered up all the floor surfaces where they walked in and out of my home. When the job was done they cleaned up perfectly. Afterwards, the office called to follow up to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas!

Very disappointed in the installation of the window. They said the window had settled down and that's why it looks crooked. In fact it's the trim is 1/2 inch out of square. Maybe they will do good for you but for me they didn't even come close to my expectations.

Bath planet was easy to work with, very professional and punctual! Loved the finished product!

I had a low threshold shower installed and I love it! From start to finish Bath Planet stayed in touch with me answering all my questions. The installation team were very knowledgeable and cleaned everything before they left. I highly recommend Bath Planet for your bathroom remodel.

The shower curtain rod was hung too high that the curtain could not stop water from going all over floor. I made a point of giving them the curtain to make sure the rod was installed properly but he merely eyeballed it instead of measuring the wall to be accurate. It was just a standard curtain! I made them correct the height which left a couple of holes in the shower wall that is noticeable. The cap on the end of the shower rod was not put on correctly and just hung on the rod. They did nothing about the gap in the floor molding after removing my tub, so that the edge of the vinyl floor and raw wood floor was showing. I made them fix it with caulk but did a quick sloppy job of it on the one side. There is now a good size purple stain on my vinyl floor from a chemical they allowed to spill on it, the flooring is only a year old! The new knob fell off in my hand the first time I turned on the water. The shower pan is not deep enough to allow a shower curtain to stop the water from going on the bathroom floor. The new hand held shower is too short to use because the shower head is so high. I have had to go shopping for a longer one. I paid enough money that it should have been a perfect or near perfect job, but it was not.

I can’t recommend Bath Planet. Although the final product does look nice. The failure lies during the construction of my bath and shower. First off, they didn't add a vapor barrier between the outer wall of the house and their acrylic shower panels, even though Bath Planet (NJ) website states the importance of adding a vapor barrier (see website) [*** Link removed ***] I did voice my concerns to the manager (Ray) regarding the lack of protection from mold. He was adamant that his company doesn’t provide that critical mold barrier step and wouldn’t make concessions to correct their error. In fact, he made it very clear that the company doesn’t protect from mold behind their shower panels. Also, they use plywood instead of a moisture resistant backing material when installing their shower panels. During the construction there was a lack of attention to detail while installing my shower and bath. First, I discovered leaks in both drains that the installers failed to find. Also, they damage my dry wall and failed to inform me. The shower handle cap was installed crooked and the caulk line along the bottom of bathtub is clearly uneven. The company will return in a couple of weeks to fix those two items. Finally, during the tile demo process they didn’t cover the bathroom with plastic leaving me with a dusty mess to clean once they departed. I’m extremely disappointed with Bath Planet’s workmanship and customer service. My recommendation, seek another company.

The problem came when they were done. They had chipped two of our tile up against the tub, but didn't inform us of the damage. They proceeded to caulk over the top of the broken tile, so now they cannot be replaced. Then, oddly, they were adiment on hanging our shower curtain. We now feel like this was a way to distract our eyes away from the damage. If we had known of the damage, I could have patched the tile before they caulked. Now, their customer service refuses to fix the tile, to pay for fixing the tile, and is not interested in rectifying the situation at all. There is a part of the contract that you sign saying they may break some tile, but they assure you this hardly ever happens. "Our guys are super careful" they say. DO NOT SIGN THE TILE RELEASE! They will break your tile, and leave you to fix it, costing possibly hundreds of dollars. I do not recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas. They are liars, and will not stand behind what they say. They can come in to your home, damage something of yours, and walk out the door without any repsonsibility at all.

The people at this company were friendly, and took time to work with us. The install was done in 3 days as planned.

Sean came in and get it all set up with the materials, he was excellent, I don't have any complaints, I cant say enough about him, he's a master restorator, he did a did far better than I expected, he saved the old tiles and did an excellent work.

It went great! I love it.

Everything up to this point is great. Everybody was very professional, very friendly, and conscious.

It was great. They cleaned up after themselves and did a very nice job.
