The Best Plumber

These guys were awesome. They fixed the garbage disposal with a simple Allen wrench. (It was jammed). And they took care of the garbage disposal with a couple of spare parts. And they did it all with a truly mellow vibe.

It went great. Rudy and his assistant, I can’t remember his name, were just terrific. I would definitely hire them again.

Rudy responded and took care of a backed up shower drain for a tenant in less than 5 hours from the time of my call for service. I'm very happy with my experience.

Fixed fast

I called Rudy on Friday morning before the start of Labor Day and he got back to me quickly and said he would come right over! He is very nice, quick and helpful. I was concerned that I would have a problem finding someone so I really appreciate his quick resolution to our problem.

simple straightforward

Rudy did a great job and was incredibly easy to work with. He was knowledgeable, responsive and more than fair.

I tried to replace our old Moen faucets myself, but was unable to remove the old ones. Rudy responded quickly after I first called him and he came to see what I needed. Initially, he was unable to remove the old faucets due to the type of faucets we had and limited space under the sinks. He came later with his assistant, but they were unable to install standard faucets with mounting nuts from below the sink given the limited space. It took a couple of weeks to find a faucet with bracket and screws instead. Once Rudy found these, he and his assistant came and installed them in about an hour-and-a-half. The new (Delta) faucets were more expensive than the ones I had originally bought at Home Depot, but were of better quality.

Rudy and his assistant came over right after I called him. He suggested I get the needed part (kitchen faucet set) and he would return the following day. They returned at the exact time he had promised. They repaired the faucets and even repaired my garbage disposal at no extra cost. They were pleasant, professional, punctual and very helpful.

The plumber Rudy Roldan called me up within minutes of leaving him a message on a Saturday. I told him I had a tenant who had a clogged drain. I described the problem he gave me a great price and was at the apartment within two hours. He did a great, clean professional job. I would definitely call him back.

Excellent. Rudy was very responsive and came very quick to a borderline emergency situation. His prices were very good, not the cheapest, but worth it considering the quality of the service. He also was very good to follow up the following day with a couple things we discussed.

It took only 10 minutes flat to replace a faucet stem, which should've cost close to the $30 service fee posted on their listing, plus $9 for the stem itself. Instead, this plumber took advantage of the facts that I did not discuss with him the price in advance and that I was distracted by being on the phone (on an important conference call). So, he asked for, and I gave him check for, $150. When I called him later in the day to question the charge, he grudgingly acknowledged it was too high and agreed to refund $50. However, he never sent the refund and when I finally reached him over the phone, he first played dumb and claimed he could not remember and when he remembered he became combative and abusive before I had to end the phone call. I cannot comment on his abilities over complicated plumping tasks but the lessons to keep in mind if you must hire this plumber are (1) agree in advance on the price and (2) pray there are no new issues merging during the job. Otherwise, you will discover, what I believe to be, an dishonest and a thuggish individual. The true test for any business is to see how they address complications and sudden developments. This plumber and this company failed the test miserably. My advise: stay away from them.

Definitely "The Best Plumber." Incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The service was quick and affordable.

We thought Rudy was terrific.  Will definitely hire again to do a few other things needed.  When can you say that you enjoyed an experience with contractor?!  He was super nice, funny and gave a lot of information and some tips.  Even though I was going to have him clean out the bathroom drain line and main line, he checked them out and said they didn't need it.  When have you had that experience with a plumber!  Just great. <br>
