The Bright Touch Professional Cleaning

Cleaning went well. Could have done a little better in the kitchen wiping down counter & cabinets

The had to come back and fix my Tempurpedic bed as it quit working, which they did. They broke my floor lamp which I had to replace. I went to use my ear pods, the case was here, but the EarPods were gone, not sure why didn't take the whole thing. They did a good job cleaning other than that. But they are REALLY expensive, as I live in an apartment and during the cleaning the owner called and told me they were going to increase my payment because the owner was told my apartment was very dirty and would require more money. I told them "NO" I'm paying what you quoted me for. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair so of course my apartment is going to be a little dirtier as I can't reach places

Katherine has been wonderful. This was a trying time for our family and she worked around our schedules to get her team in for our cleaning. We really appreciate the flexibility and the professionalism. And the job they are doing is AMAZING!

Very professional. Have retained their services for Tri-weekly cleanings. VERY SATISFIED.

Worst experience ever! They were in my 2200 sq ft home for less than an hour and half! Rushed the job and what cleaning they did do was not thorough at all. Complained to the owner, gave them second chance and they arrived an hour and a half late! Poor service in every respect. Would NOT recommend them to anyone including my worst enemy.

Katherine was very pleasant and communicated very well with me during the process of scheduling . The ladies arrived perfectly on time and did an amazing job cleaning my home. I was getting ready for a medical procedure and wanted my home as clean as possible when I returned home to recover as well as making sure that my friends that were staying with me were comfortable as well. I highly recommend Bright Touch!

I wish I could give Bright Touch Cleaning 10 stars! Catherine and her team did so much more than clean my house, they truly helped me during a time when I needed it most. I’m postpartum with a newborn and recovering from a C-section, so there’s only so much I can do. They came in, cleaned my entire home, organized everything, and put my house back together. With two other kids, things get messy quickly, but they found a place for everything and made my home feel peaceful again. What meant the most was that they gave me more than just a cleaning service, they gave me support. They went above and beyond in every way, and I am so grateful. If you’re looking for a cleaning company that genuinely cares about their clients, I can’t recommend Bright Touch Cleaning enough! Oooh and their rates are very fair!!!

Professional and polite. Thorough cleaning.

Yes, he did the job right and explained how to use the bidet toilet seat. He was great to do business with. I would definitely hire him for other handyman jobs.

They came on time and did a thorough job. They followed instructions and didn’t waste time. Great crew.

The house cleaners are very professional. They are very thorough. If I ask for additional cleaning like the fridge or vacuuming under the cushions in the living room they do it immediately. They are always polite and have a friendly attitude. I would recommend this service to clean your house

They never showed up and never called.

We will see next week.

I have used this cleaning service for years. They are excellent! I highly recommend them!

Bright touch does thorough and excellent house cleaning. Very reliable and trustworthy Exceptional

I hired Catherine and Bright Touch Cleaning one year ago after moving here from South Florida to clean our home. I can honestly tell you that her excellence of work and great attention to detail made such an great impression, I almost felt like I had won the lottery, as it is rare these days! She has been cleaning our home since then, and I cannot imagine looking elsewhere. She has a strong work ethic, is honest and dependable. She and her team are competent and quite efficient, and that is important to me. I would rate that her services really are the best of the best, and if I could giver her 10 stars I would. She cleans your home “like the good old days” —-when service was everything, and the customer was important. I for one am very thankful for that

These girls work so hard and they went above and beyond. The house is amazingly clean, and they even organized a few things which was much better for me. I highly recommend them.

technician repaired my cellular shade and reinstalled

Cleaning was good.

Great customer service. Furniture assembly was done well. He even fixed drawers that were installed improperly from a previous job done by a different company! Highly recommend this company!

Great job. UNDER promised and OVER Delivered!! 2pm appointment, arrived early! Cleaned every surface, every kitchen drawer, cupboard, cabinet....same attention to detail in the bathrooms - shower and tub, Spotless... every window and window sill! Followed by hand mopping every inch of laminate flooring!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-star service - will definitely use again in the future!!👍🏼

The guy name Juan was very professional got his work done and did an excellent job building my bed set. He won’t disappoint at all for any project.

Made an appointment for a clean of my apartment. Called Las week to confirm and the woman said would call me back, she was busy. No return call. That's OK I figured it slipped her mind but knew we had appointment for clean on Dec 29th @1pm. Well guess what they never showed up. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Never recommend them ever.

Catherine's crew of three nice and friendly ladies came to our house and made it sparkle and shine in a short time. We will be using Bright Touch again very shortly

Great. Would highly recommend.
