The Bug Guy

They did a good job. They don't over spray and don't spray polinator with my plants because they want to keep bees alive. They show up on time. Worker do what I want and doesn't kill the beneficial insects.

The Bug Guy did an excellent job. Responsive and they care about the results. No complaints and will use them again.

Haven’t noticed any issues but it’s only been a month. They were on time got it done quickly. Cleaned up well. Didn’t have much in the way of termites just some in the doorway. This was more preventative than anything. I suppose this stuff will kill any other bugs also. 3 year warranty and they will check it each year.

The guys who came out were professional and nice to work with. The price was reasonable. I have had a few more ants show up in the kitchen, but not bad enough to call them back. Will have to wait and see how things go later this spring when the ants normally show up.

Spray outside and inside perimeters of house including cabinets in kitchen. Tech was thorough and friendly.

House and garage was sprayed. Outside of house was also sprayed. Very impressed with the results.

He just walked around and sprayed in a few places. He didn't even move the furniture. I had removed all of the spider webs before he came and they were back within 2 days. I was told a second application would cost extra, so we just blew it off. A total waste of money.

The technicians asked that we clear out our cabinets, then they came in and sprayed. It was quick, affordable, and we haven't seen any live bugs since! I would definitely hire them again.

The company is very customer oriented, answers calls, keeps in touch. The actual service personnel are courteous, but do not listen very well to instruction. I have used the company a couple of times and I had the attention to detail issue both times, The first time, windows were left open and the second time - they didn't notice my cat was locked in the house. After we had had a discussion on the cat's whereabouts. I do understand the guys are busy doing their job - but when you are left at someone's home alone - how you leave it needs a little more attention.

When Mark came to inspect the property, we were pretty sure we had termites and he confirmed that indeed they were present. He gave us a proposal and said to call if we wanted him to do the treatment. There was absolutely no pressure and he was very professional. We elected to use his services. We scheduled the work to be done and the workers showed up on time. They did the job, cleaned up and were very professional. We couldn't be happier with the service provided. They also guarantee the work for three years!

<p>I wrote an email to The Bug Guy from Angie's List and promptly received a reply from a nice lady who set up an appointment  for The Bug Guy to come to the house.   The Bug Guy arrived on time and looked around and gave me a quote that I liked.  The workers arrive on time and started to work.  They were very nice and polite, moved some items for us, and even cleaned up after their selves. Following treating my house for termites, The Bug Guy even sprayed for spiders for free!  I am very pleased and glad that I called The Bug Guy!  I would cheerfully recommend him to anyone!</p> <br />
