I was very happy with this service. I was given pre-treatment instructions to follow. They showed up promptly for the treatment and were very thorough. Included a follow up treatment 2 weeks later. Have monthly maintenance to follow at a reasonable cost.

When I contacted them about it they said the billing was occurring as we had a contract.

The Bug Stops Here was called and came promptly when he said he would, which was the next day. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. I was having a problem with crickets in my house....lots of them!! He explained what he was going to do. He did the job quickly, cleanly and efficiently. It has been almost two weeks since he was here and I have not seen any more crickets in my home. Thanks to The Bug Stops Here! <br />
