The job was to be done in two days, and the three men who arrived in the morning finished the job in one day. The removal of the one chimney included the replacement of "felt" and new shingles close to the color of existing shingles on the roof. The other chimney is in use because it is needed for the hot water tank. A new 35ft liner was installed. The mortar joints were grinded out, repointed and waterproofed. A new crownsaver/seal and cap was installed on the chimney. The chimney to the hot water tank was an ongoing problem with moisture on the walls in one room for years and the house is close to 85 years old. They did an outstanding job and cleaned up the bricks, etc from the chimney that was removed.

In addition to cap repair it turned out that the brick mortar needed repointed and the top hat needed completely redone. Work was done same day. Very Professional operation. Cost me a little more than planned but was appropriate for the larger scope of work. I would call again if needed.
