I am disappointed in this company. When I signed up I was told I could get the same team, that a room each cleaning would be done in detail. I have called repeatedly to discuss different issues. I don't get the same team and each team doesn't not clean to the same standard. My clean yesterday was supposed be kitchen detailed and they did not move small appliances on the counter as there were crumbs left, the cabinets are supposed to be hand wiped and there were marks still there. The master bathroom if mopped wasn't done well as there was still dirt on the floor.These are a small example issues. I have been dealing with health issues and am not up to finding a new cleaning service but I am going to start looking. I have had enough.i don't post this lightly and have repeatedly called.

We had some scheduling problems and they didn't return my calls, they finally responsed to an e-mail request and set a schedule for my next three cleaning with dates. THe first cleaning was scheduled for 9-28-15 and did not show up, called and talked with the main office and they would have assitant manager in the area call me, she never did, I e-mailed and ask her to call she didn't. Then I called again and finally got through to her and they aplogized, gave me a $20 discount and rescheduled for 9-29-15. They did a good job but then when came time to pay they were not informed about the discount, I showed them the email and didn't believe it so they had to call and it took some time to get it straight. Poor communication with the crew. Now it is 10/13/15 and the second scheduled sercie B cleaning was scheduled for yesterday and they did not show again. I do not understand why they sent an email with dates and times the service is scheduled and don't get it on the books. I am done with them. <br />

I have had a few small problems but the contact person has offered options to address the problem. If I have a problem with the quality they have Quality Control staff who help resolve the problem. They have been reliable and consistent. <br /> I am generally satisfied with their work. I have used this company because of the professionalism of the staff. <br />

<p>Cleaning quality is nothing spectacular and two of the four times we have used them they seem to break something, a vase on one visit and an expensive painting was knocked off the wall on the last visit damaging the wall and the picture frame. They failed to show up on the last visit and we had to call to find out when they would show up. Today they were supposed to show up for their normally scheduled appointment and as of 10:00 a.m. no one had shown up and we had to call them, only to find out we aren't on the schedule for today. NO ONE from there company even took the time to contact us that they weren't going to be here. This should have occured YESTERDAY but it didn't happen at all. All in all, THEY SUCK. Don't wast your money on these people. </p> 012

"Thank you for correcting the address so that we could respond to the appropriate party. We apologize that you were disappointed. When we first discussed service, it was identified that we may be limited in what could be done as multiple cats and dogs were in the home and were given free reign of the home, furniture, etc. Some of them were not house trained and it was explained that we had a responsibility to adhere to sanitation standards for our customers that team services as well. If we were not able to do this, than we would have to terminate service. A letter was sent to you explaining this situation, including the key to your home, prior to your next scheduled service. Again, we apologize that this did not work out and wish you the best of luck."

They cleaned the entire interior. The people that do my house are incredible. Her name is Carmen, and they were team 11, I believe. They do a perfect job.

They did an excellent job. They did the full cleaning for $165 a month. Whichever crew came in they always did a very thorough and good job. They were careful with my objects in the house and my house was always very clean when they were gone.

They did the initial cleaning when I moved into this house. I was not happy with the work that they did and I did call and tell the manager. They just didn’t do a thorough job. I wanted the cabinets to be wiped out and they didn’t. I paid a lot for this initial cleaning and it was not a standard deal. It was something what they call a move-in deal. They didn’t wipe out the cabinets like the way they should. They were rushed. They did the kitchen last and that’s where they did the worst job. The rest of the house was pretty good but they didn’t offer to come and do anything other than come and clean again. They didn’t offer a discount or anything. I would never recommend them and never call them back. The price was average compared to others. I had them out primarily to do the kitchen and that was not done well. They didn’t do a thorough job.

They are flexible with scheduling, which I really appreciate. I think they are dependable and reasonable priced. Also, they are bonded.

The 1st visit was to be a "detailed clean" of baths and kitchen. The 2nd visit was to be a "detailed clean" of living areas. The 1st visit was not up to their promise so we had them return and they did it right. The 2nd visit was also not up to their standards and we told them we didn't want to have people returning - we wanted it done right the 1st time. On their 3rd visit they didn't even dust the window sills. We told them how dissatisfied we were and that given the quality of their work, we thought $75 was a fair price. But we told them that we wanted what they promised us and would pay the $126. So, they sent a different crew. This new crew actually did a worse job than any previous visits. There were still wine marks on the granite bar - it hadn't even been wiped off. Same with the counter in the kitchen. There was a dead fly in the master bath in plain view that had been there before the came. We have requested our money back for the last visit.
