"We apologize if requesting payment for completed services was rude or insulting. We reached out multiple time but that was only because we were not able to get in contact with you for multiple weeks. We do accept checks; however, we do not accept checks through mail under a different individuals name. We are required to verify checks. We believe there was a confusion, we never called you fraudulent, we stated that the checks could be fraudulent and offered several other payment methods. Including processing a CC, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Cashiers Check, money order, etc. The realtor was completely unaware of payment when we reached out to her, she never received it. **We never received payment for this service.** Thank you"
