The Cleaning Divas

We hired the Cleaning Divas for deep clean, but unfortunately, the results fell short of our expectations. They lacked the necessary materials and equipments to perform the job correctly. Additionally, they used our kitchen counters to stand on to clean the kitchen cabinets, which we found unacceptable and disgusting. The counters were not properly sanitized afterwards. A Swiffer duster was used for dusting instead of wiping down surfaces, which is inconsistent with deep cleaning standards. They only vacuumed visible areas, neglecting spaces adjacent to walls and under furnitures. Moreover, they failed to remove cobwebs in the basement. Despite repeated requests to redo the work, the tasks were not completed correctly. When we expressed that the work was not done properly, it was not due to being overly particular, but rather because when one hires someone for deep cleaning, they expect a thorough job. Ultimately, Veronica requested a reduction of $20 from the original price because they needed to leave in spite of the job not being completed to deep clean standards. We paid her $230 instead of $250. We were forced to redo a significant portion of their work, including vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces. Do NOT hire!
