The Cleaning Service

I booked Online Janitorial Services for 4 hours (2 people for 2 hours) and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I had them clean an apartment and they really paid attention to all the little easy-to-forget areas. Even afterwards, I was still finding places that they had cleaned. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Their service was superb! They took the carpet out to the porch, moved the furniture. Nooks and cranny everything was taking care of. They were terrific!

Great job by this cleaner, and her daughter. Will use again.

Provider never showed up and never called to cancel.

These ladies are wonderful. It was hard to get a hold of them sometimes, but they did a wonderful job for me at the last minute. I will be hiring them again!!!

honestly they did a good job and overall i was very happy...that is EXCEPT for they used something to clean 3 old pieces of furniture, my gram's mahogany dining room buffet, china closet and piano and damaged the finish. I've been trying to add old english to it to bring it back ever since. :-((

They were late. They arrived 45 minutes late, but they damaged my hardwood floors. They literally ruined my hardwood floors. They used a vacuum cleaner with a brush or bristles and scratched my hardwood floors. I did not notice it until they were gone and it is hard to communicate with them. So, I let it go and got somebody else. I never had them come back again. I would not hire them again. The price was a good price. They did one major thing wrong, but the rest of the house was pretty clean.

I hired them through Angie’s List. They came and did a very good job. Everything was clean that they said was going to be clean. So, I hired them again on my own. They were almost an hour late. They could have arrived on time and they could have cleaned my hardwood floors better. They were a little bit dirty when they left. The price was a good price because I have a big house.

It was very good. They came in and reported on time and they stayed until the job was completed which was good.

From what I saw everything came out very good.

It went just okay because they missed areas that they should have cleaned. There were no extra charges in addition to the big deal price. The oven and refrigerator were done fine but the kitchen floor wasn't done to my satisfaction. They were over half an hour late for their appointment. I think they were difficult to communicate with because they didn't speak much English. They seemed to be Hispanic immigrants.

 the ladies were prompt, courteous and thorough!!  not only would i recommend them, i'm using them again!! <br>

It went great. We left a key for them and they did a wonderful job without us needing to be there. I can't say enough good things. They made the wood floors shine like you would not believe. I wish I knew what they used!

Scheduled the cleaning for 1:30 PM and they showed up at 2 but once they arrived they went right to work. They did a good job cleaning everything that we expected. I would use them again.

As far as cleaning, they did well. They did a great job. What I did not like about The Cleaning Service is they could not understand me because they speak Spanish. She had to call her daughter to get her daughter to translate what I was saying. With that part, I did not feel comfortable with. I had one room that I told them that they really did not need to clean because it was my grandson’s room and it was a mess. I was like saying that he was going to do it and do not do it, but they did not understand what I was trying to say to them. There were three of them. They came right in. There was no conversation because I could not understand. I showed them where the rooms were and they went right to work. The work they did was good. It was just the communication.
