Kenny was very courteous on the phone, came on time, was very friendly. He and his assistant protected the floors, cleaned up after themselves and offered to re install the toilet I had removed for easy access to the drain. He was quick and efficient,and very professional. Would definitely hire again. <br />

After water backed up in the downstairs bath, called Clogologist (had used him before installing faucets), and he came within an hour. Had difficulty clearing the clog but finally succeeded. Came back on another day to install the new toilet. (Came an hour later than promised). <br />

I would not recommend him. He has cost me $260 to fix the same issue twice which he is still unsure if it is fixed. However, he was a very nice man and very polite.
