It was very good, they were very professional, on time, it was clean, even assisted me with question when I called back and helped me getting started up on the unit. They were very helpful in the application and that was exactly I needed. They were vbery nice people.

The "Cool Guys" came out and diagnosed a Freon issue. They then added two pounds of Freon (~June 22nd) and informed us that we would not have to worry about the issue for two years. 24 hours later the A/C unit experienced the same issues. We called the "Cool Guys" and he requested we call him back with some information. This was on June 24th. We called him back on the 24th ready to provide information. No answer. We waited and waited and waited for a response, we finally called back on July 5th. Still no answer. The A/C issue is still not fixed. Not even a return phone call.

"I'm sorry your refrigerant leak was so serious that is leaked out so soon [Member Name Removed]. Also sorry that you couldn't reach me afterwards. It's pretty obvious that you need a coil in your system replaced. If 2-10 homebuyers warranty (the company that sent me to you) hasn't got it fixed yet I'd gladly come take a closer look for diagnosing free of charge."
