Thomas and his crew did an excellent job. We will use them in the future.

His bid was under, but then we did a little extra stuff. We went with his bid. My husband seemed to get a warm fuzzy from him. He just sounded like he knew what the heck he was going to do. He is going to come back and fix some door jams for us. One thing I found a little funny was that why should he have to forward it; I had to get the dumpster. I learned a lesson you don't call on a Friday and want it on a Monday because that's just not kosher with them. That was kind of a hassle, but now I know that so it's no big deal. He's just a good ol' boy from Tennessee; I guess there's a lot of them around here that is just a good soul to the earth person. Just a good person. Easy to talk to and comfortable with him. He came up with extra ideas for a pergola thing at the corner. He built that up with no plans and it turned out great. And we had one little thing; can we put a wider board across here and no problem, he got that right up. It turned out well. The only thing that was weird using him was that I had to get the dumpster; he could have gotten the dumpster. That's the only thing.

Excellent experience. Thomas was here everyday that he said he would be. His suggestions were appropriate and beneficial. Our steps look beautiful AND I think an elephant could step on them and they would hold up. They are VERY sturdy. Would highly recommend Thomas to anyone that needs deck, steps, etc.

Workers were punctual, professional, honest, and did quality work at a good price. The business owner made good suggestions regarding design. I would hire them again when I need another deck. <br />

Wend very well, started on time (there were weather delays, but cannot control the rain). Despite the severe incline, and the fact that a well was also being installed, the deck went in very well, and we are very satisfied. So much that we gave a second project to install tongue and grove in a ceiling, which also went exacted as requested. Job done in an excellent manner and I thing at a price that was very fair. Would certainly use Thomas again.

I would not be interested in using any other builder to do any work for me other than The Deck Builder. The deck builder met and exceeded all my expectations, plans and hopes with highest quality workmanship . I have recommended him to several of my friends all of whom complimented to me on his work and all of whom were very satisfied with their finished jobs. If you should happen to contact him to do a job for you please ask for his suggestions. He will surprise you with the ideas he comes up with for very nice construction changes and often money saving suggestions. <br />

I have used Thomas for several projects in the past. In a previous home, he tore out a deck and rebuilt it with brazilian hardwood, composite posts, and aluminum railing. The deck was fantastic. You can count on Thomas Liles to do a professional job and do it for a fair price. I will use him again in the future.
