Hired Lance to build deck. 1st day was complaining about the height. Took nearly 2 months to complete (May 8th - June 18th). Wanted final payment when project was "completed". Even though I said after it passes inspection but Lance said he needed it for his next projects. So ended up paying him. Inspector came out and deck did not pass inspection and now Lance Main has gone MIA. So if you want a poorly built product, unprofessionalism and a headache, go ahead and use him I would definintely NOT use him for any projects. Would give him a 0 rating but 1 is the least.

Project was to replace old boards on my deck and ramp. I addition added an extension on my deck. Really great work and very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and does excellent work. Price was very reasonable for the work and craftsmanship that was done.

They built me a beautiful deck for our lake home. 12 x 20. Finished all around with maintenance free decking. I do plan on using this company again for a 4 season porch on my home, with a maintenance free finish. Easy to work with and they do give ideas.
