Jeff was able to negotiate in our behalf to secure the purchase of our home. He was extremely creative in how the deal was structured to make it go through. At one point in the process, I was ready to walk away because I wasn't completely confident that this deal would happen. But, his persistance and creativity made it happen. <br /> <br /> I have used several agents over the years. Most of them have been forgettable.
