The Door Doctor (Jim Miller) was sub contracted to install overhead doors at my home under New construction. The doors are still not finished but Mr Miller has been paid in full by the contractor. I’ve been waiting since April 2019 for replacement door sections due to damage and trim around 2 door openings. When a customer pays for NEW undamaged equipment that’s what they should get. However The Door Doctor places a sticker over the dented section as to hid the damage and says “That’s just what we do”. Their business practices are very unethical and unbecoming of a business owner. On 8-12-19 Mr Miller was given 30 days to finish the job. No communication was given so on 9-13-19 he was notified subsequent complaints would be filed. The St. Louis area needs to be aware of The Door Doctor unprofessional business ethics. This business will ultimately lie, cheat, and steal from paying customers.

"Unfortunately we can’t finish this job as there is a dispute between the contractor and homeowner and we are caught in the Middle We are hired by the contractor not the homeowner so we have to do what he asks us to do"
